This one has affirmation words on every side to enhance the depth of its meaning and the love that it was created from. This one is making its way to Maine to go above my friends bed, signifying the connection between her and her husband. I didnt know it when I painted it, I just painted and sent her a picture to show her what I was painting now and it spoke right to her, so off it goes to her. It is within the emotion thats felt that I know where my paintings will live.
My oldest grandson is filling his room with painted album covers, instead of posters, heres two, I have 8 more to go so far… these are BIG paintings, but what a total honor that he would rather have me paint them than put a poster up. I LOVE IT!!! Im never sure I can pull them off but so far hes hanging them up and wants more so I must be doing good so far….
This one made its way to Oklahoma and sits with a very special person, she is a cancer survivor among many other strengths she holds, she is a continual inspiration in all she does and this is a part of her home now.
This one made its way to the top of a beautiful doorway of a very special friend that saw this and immediatly it was the one she wanted. I added and changed it along the way with questions and input and delivered it straight to her. It is an honor to leave a legacy of love with her.
Grandson requests are many and always favorites, they challenge what I think my limits are and find, art is in the eye of love not perfection.
Sunflower Center
This one was painted in a very difficult time of losing my dad, it was a message spoken through me with each brush stroke. Its a favorite but I cant replicate it, all my paintings are originals and can not be duplicated. They just come to me and every brush stroke is a message. It now sits on the wall with my mom and its her portal to my dad.
Love and strength
This one belongs to my oldest daughter. She wanted 3 sunsflowers for 3 kids and this is a huge one. She wanted the background black and left the rest to me. It sits in her house now awaiting me to make a wood frame.
In Flight
This one never left our house, My husband said its his. So it sits eyes open in our living room.
Bear to be Vulnerable
This is my favorite Bear ever, I love it and its never left my house.
Courage
This one made a friend cry by first glance so it was obviously made for her, it now sits on her fireplace mantel in her main living room.
Identity
This one spoke to a friend in Colorado I love so much, so obviously it was for her. I never truly know who they are for until it speaks to its owner and then off I send it. I paint for the love and the divine message I feel at the time.
