Un-done-ness provides an opportunity and continuation to grow, an inevitable ever changing and re-arranging!
Healing occurs in the un-done-ness
Nothing is done where healing and growth continues
Fire and winds
Inevitable change within
Whispering below the surface
Change me and rearrange me
Scatter emotional ashes like dandelion wishes in the wind
Transform weaknesses into strengths
Where epiphanies await
Un-done-ness is life, no matter what we figure out, where do we start and do we finish? It is all the foundation of a place you continue to grow. It is all you know, all you experience all that un-done-ness….. the beginning with no end… a continuation to evolve from every situation.
It is inevitable to change, we experience and learn from the changes or miss the opportunities it gave us in the deciding “I’ll never change, I am who I am and I’ll never change for anyone”.
It isn’t for anyone, its for everyone, we share this earthly place!
It is the resistance or control we hold (not to change)….. a resistance to inspiration we may not be able to reach or hold, a lack of worthiness inside us that holds us hostage from bravery and courage to be more than we are today.
Take a look at the world and what moves you. Being uncomfortable allows us to learn things we never would and always choosing where we think we most thrive limits our opportunities to grow.
Thriving doesn’t just happen where we feel bliss, it exists in the unknown or continuation (actually more so), in the un-done-ness, the stage to dance and the opportunity to be more than we are today, to add new steps with familiar steps and create more. Turn the music on and sing, dance and connect to the changes that re arrange us!
It is behind the closed door we hold more, where you must go to grow!
Behind every door
Infused within a universe
Daring to overcome
Darkness and light sword fight
Equilibrium emerges,” I exist ”
Whispering quietly , “persevere”
Shed every tear, happiness and fear
Untangle the emotional trance
Perhaps destiny is in your hands
Its perfectly planned
Feel it to heal it!
It is behind our closed doors we must go to grow. In order to heal you must open the doors to the pain and rearrange the perception to change. Letting go and allowing awareness in, behind the closed doors is where healing begins.
It is the masks worn to cover our authentic selves that we must rip off, the doors unhinged and flown off, the core must be strengthened, held up, encouraged, unashamed and untamed , risk must enter in growth.
Some will approve, some will judge, some will leave you , some will love you, some will share and some will dare you, challenge you and arrive for you, and you will do the same to and for them.
Ultimately it is in the courage to reveal and unmask and be YOU that reveals each other…
When you are in the space of an others growth cycle, you will grow too or you will stay behind the closed doors waiting, instead of arriving together.
Where there is more than one, as training in any sport, you encourage one another to arrive at the finish line even when its at different points. As long as your all training, you all will arrive.
When you close your inner doors, when your stubborn and proud of that trait you will not arrive at the same finish line or gate. It is up to the team you choose to enter into the starting gate, to train and get to the finish line together, to encourage, to share, the enlighten to be aware, to connect, to reflect, to agree, to disagree, to hurt, to laugh, to cry to deny, to learn, to grow, to continue to move and not let go of the reasons why you want your team to win.
Thank you to my Oldest daughter Brandee today for her love and sharing her own lessons in life and for inspiring the continuation of this lesson inside of me.
Everything becomes a memory, make your present worthy of it!
As the mist rolls down my face
A memory embraced
Where unfiltered fun was at our finger tips
Where we raced grocery carts at night
Where trees had secrets
And dusk was not our weakness
Where coins held doors
And smiles never stopped
Where roadtrips held memories
That last for centuries
Where soul talks lasted hours
And notes where written on napkins
Where we defined spontaneous
In a constant mist of laughter
This is a beautiful surprise and a wonderful award of Sunshine to my Sunshine. Thank you to my blogging friends https://awakeningwildflower.com/, I am always inspired by your stories and your journey to healing is amazing, your an angel yourself.
Thank you Sally also for nominating me and giving me the opportunity to share with your followers as well , I love the smorgasbord you have and resonate with your passions for so many things https://smorgasbordinvitation.wordpress.com/:
The Sunshine Blogger award is given by bloggers to bloggers who inspire positivity and creativity in the blogging community. I am very honored to have been nominated.
1.Can you tell us about yourself in 100 words or less?
I am a nature wanderer and lover of life, a waterfall luster that includes swimming for miles(literally) feeling my most freedom and peace there, this qualifies me as a lake lusting mermaid as well, I thought I was a mom first but they all grew up and left home and my son recently grew his wings way faster than I can process and flying the heavens in fighter jets. What I found out recently is that in all my studies and all the wonderful knowledge I have built over these years, it really comes down to I’m me and that envelopes a ton of passions that all lead to nature.
My blog was created to be all about encouragement and a creative invitation to allow your own thought provoking inspiration to bubble up, in all kinds of ways and perspectives. .
3.What is the strongest memory from your childhood?
Living in the mountains, precisely why I am so drawn to it now, it was my refuge and still is.
4.Can you tell us more about where you live and why you call it home?
I left my home, my personal training gym and spa when my son got cancer almost 5 years ago. I never looked back, it was a new journey to invest all I am and have into my child.
( A lot here in the middle)
I live in the sunshine right now and am blessed to have more than what I need and a support system around me that is rock solid unconditional love to go through the exploration of a new self after the loss of my child.
6.Is there a country that you have not visited but is on your wish list?
I would love to go to Indonesia, really, I would love to experience as many as I can in my life.
7.Who is your favorite author and why?
I love reading and have so many and my favorite changes, its completely in the moment for me. I’m usually reading new things I can grow from.
8.What is your favorite meal?
I love raw foods and am super creative with food so this one too is dependent on the moment. Id say probably fresh juice in my juicer tops it all for me.
9.What is your favorite musician and can you let us have a YouTube link so that we can listen to them? I would say anything Tim McGraw and Faith Hill …………….
10.What is your favorite film and why?
Lion King, it was always a movie my son and I watched and had mom and son dinner dates together up until his last days and then he wanted to watch Tarzan with his entire family around. I’d say those two because they remind me of him and our time. I don’t own a TV and never have so I’m not a TV or movie buff. 11.If you could live in another time.. decade or century.. what would that be?
In the 50s and 60s for sure when you could dance in the streets and there was no traffic or social media and nature was everywhere, you didn’t have to drive miles to it, and you spoke to people on the phone and not computers.
Thank you also to my beautiful friend and blogger for you questions. I loved your questions and answered them all to myself out of curiosity. https://awakeningwildflower.com/
My 11 questions for my nominees:
1.What is your favorite food or recipe and will you please share it?
2. Do you have a pet and or more and what are their names?

11. What would you like most for people to receive from your blog?
Have fun and I look forward to getting to know you more and sharing!
Touch your heart with your hand and feel the shift from overthinking in the mind to heart-centered gratitude and the harmony between the two will dance again!
Beyond amazing how nature can offer such light without asking
How creation exists without wanting
Just perfectly accepting the flow
It’s amazing to me how free you can be
Freedom is how you see
Freedom is what you allow inside
Trusting in your own way
The heart will hear and will steer
Will you follow the voice that’s clear
Soul dancing requires courage to know when to let go
When to go slow
What pace you’re in the flow
Laughter and play is the generator for your heart and the light from your soul.
In the presence of laughter
You will be swept off your feet
Mother nature will cradle you in her grace
Her arms will hold you tight
She will sway your worries and remind you it’s alright
Mother nature’s way
Will sway you into a blissful laughter
Remind you to play in the rain
Puddle stomp until no puddle remains
Pump your legs into the highest swing
When you play
Is NOW not then
And you find, NOW has room to live in
