When a crisis demands you to be clear, to focus, to take care of the intimate details of your life and create a healthy environment inside and outside of yourself and loved ones, there is where perspective rises to an all time high.

When times call for nestling in
Where nature is your sanctuary not a church
Proving workouts can be done at home
Better yet OUTSIDE
Cooking more and using your own creativity energy
Less of fast spontaneous choices
More of mindful healthy solutions
Putting phones down
Talking about real life more
Staring at the TV less
Sharing eye to eye concerns
Getting real with a global demand to be conscious
Waking up to what you have been missing
More of you and less of everyone else
More of quality family moments
Less of leaving
More dinners at the table or under the table if you choose
Delight in intimate time together
Remember what conversation is again
Find music instead of news
Dance in the living room
TOGETHER
Don’t resist the stillness required
Instead gather who’s important and tell them
SUNSHINE
In this time where countries are closing doors to business and seeing a Dr. is only for emergencies. Where food and household goods are completely depleted in every store. Where handshakes no longer are healthy and hugging is now filled with danger.
Where fear DOES NOT have to come before laughter and solid growth and a rising to a better US is not only offered, but now demanded.
This is a calling to us all, to stand up for ourselves and each other, to gain the strength that has been given to a system to care for us instead of caring for ourselves.
There are emergencies Dr.s will see and critical cases that are being served. Remember that Dr.s are humans too with families to go home to and lives lived outside of their field.
Be sensitive to others, evaluate your symptoms and create a healthy , peaceful environment for yourself and loved ones.
It is in the calm, peaceful space inside you, you will heal, it is in the diligence to make sure you are taking care of your own health that will ultimately help others.
Be mindful, kindness and compassion go a long ways.
