“The body reacts to limitation before the mind explains it.”
Probability often tightens the chest, shortens breath, narrows vision.
That doesn’t mean it’s wrong, it simply just arrived early.
A closing,
then awareness.
Purposeful Journaling Practice:
Write how your body responds to “that’s not likely.”

Tomorrow, we allow both to coexist.

This is a beautifully grounded reflection—quiet, precise, and deeply embodied. I appreciate how it honors the body as an intelligent first responder rather than something to be overridden or corrected. The line “That doesn’t mean it’s wrong, it simply just arrived early” is especially powerful; it reframes fear and probability as messengers instead of obstacles.

Exactly, I love that word “pause”, I call it the gap and so much happens there, the pause is a beautiful perspective as well. both show us so much in that space.

Amen 🙏 The pause or the gap is where God often whispers, shapes, and renews us. It’s amazing how much clarity and peace can come just by being still in His presence. 🙏

It’s a challenge to dispel uncertainty and doubt, but doing that results in feeling uplifted. I aim for the stars!
