Love the presence of the sky holding you

Lay under a tree shading the days heat

Let the grass kiss your feet

Love as if love is all there is

Run your fingers along the surface of a lake creating ripples that speak

Dare to submerge your essence in the flow of a rivers bed

Feeling a new kind of heartbeat in your chest

Read a fantasy book in a hammock

Let your hair be messy

Throw your clothes off in the wind

Dance when you want to cry

Cry when you dance

You are set free when you allow yourself room to breathe

Water and Her Soul

She finds ways to run into the waters that be
Her mermaid heart and soul bound for the rivers and lakes to be free
Reach for a peice of the moon and the stars
As the evening appears, lights with names like Venus and Mars are there
Loving deeply in the daylights radiance of the sun
Surrender and come undone
Tomorrow the morning will come
Water and Soul will become one

Teach me boundless courage

Among the majesty of the forest

Under the sunset sky with tender strength and rugged beauty

Protect me and share with me your secrets

What do you dream when you sleep beneath the moonlight

Do you wake with the sun and the wander in its rays

Do you run among the wild flowers

Let’s sit among a river bend

Walk among the shoreline

While sharing the secrets of the wilderness

The wildfire of natures love

The uncharted realms and enduring trails

Roar while I hear the echoes through the trees

With every step weave a tail

Adventure within the gaps

Are you scheduling your time to serve your purpose and goals?

When organization of time is left to chance , chance will win.

Some days there are interruptions, distractions and things just don’t happen to schedule, however the organization of time allows you to start to feel a pace set, overwhelm starts to disappear and organization begins to lead you to your goals.

Are you getting up a little earlier to give yourself time to reflect on your day ahead with intention and purposefully going into each appt. and goal for the day with presence , or are you thinking about the 100 things you need to do?

Journaling to release the ideas and thoughts that are circling your mind and causing overwhelm will surprise you while gratitude even on the worst days.

“Write It” To reclaim your power… thoughts become ideas , ideas become goals and goals become clear when you journal.
