Emotional depth within sunflowers and the Roots of Perception

“Sunflowers seek the sun, yet their strength lies in their unseen roots. Depth isn’t just what we see—it’s what we feel.”

A close-up painting of a sunflower with vibrant yellow and white petals radiating from a dark center, symbolizing warmth and positivity.

Whether in a tree or a sunflower, with eyes closed or open, color there or gone, roots are the traveling wonder with emotional depth.

Depth perception colored or not
Precision and emotion, traveling wonder
Emotions spill upon a silently colored moment
Stillness presents depth with or without the amazement of color
Can you see beyond your vision
Where depth is found by the distance a root grows
Surrender your vision to your heart, where emotional depth and perception truly intertwine
Where emotional depth perception sets you apart
How deep do your roots grow
Where are your roots and which way did they go
How deep have they grown
A tree does not say, this way
It is after the storms where depth is gained
It was in the heart where emotional depth perception remains

Paint brushing with my heart

The power of a sunflower!🌻
Mesmerized by bears!🐻
The love for our country with strength and resilience !
Bravery and courage inspired by my Lovely daughter and her unstoppable strength !
Inspired by my grandson “Mac Attack” and his love for penguins. The sunflowers under his feet hold a significant story and represent my son in the heavens protecting us and his uncle always with us.
With grace and power, observation and wisdom, we gain strength and confidence to become our best selves.
May a sunflower always represent the brilliance and strength of a journey never to be forgotten and always remembered.
May every sunflower represent love!💕
I have had a few bear encounters in my life and to say they left me with knowledge and curiosity is not even touching the surface of the experiences, they have left me with more of me.
One of my happiest spaces!
Each Sunflower representing one girl and two boys of our grandchildren from the oldest child.
What does this one say to you?

Paint your emotions with love

Transform them with color

Moving with grace upon a blank canvas

Creating new perspective

Allowing movement

Healing

Grace finds you within each stroke

Pain changes itself to strength

Tears leave droplets of change

Soon

You are with new insights

To share

By contemplation and observation

Inspired by a heart and a brush
