The moment something big appears, another voice often follows, that’s not possible, that’s not for you, that’s too much. Today isn’t about silencing that voice, it’s about noticing it without obeying it.
A thought appears.
Another argues.
The page stays open
anyway.

That is right. You may not be able to silence the voices of negativity but you can ignore them. You can just tell those voices, I don’t have time for you now.

Exactly, agreed.. sometimes I write them and then turn the page.. then my mind frees me to think of other things. I have a complaint journal too lol… 😂 I start complaining and it immediately turns itself around. I think a thought sometimes just needs our provoking to change its shape. 😂
