Writing Without Attachment

Explore possibility with wonder, the process is where possibility happens.

“You’re not committing, you’re exploring.”

Writing something down doesn’t bind you to it, it simply reveals what’s alive inside you right now. Freedom comes when the page isn’t a contract.

Nothing promised.
Nothing owed.
Just words
breathing.

Purposeful Journaling Practice:
End today’s writing with: “This is allowed to change.”

-Kerri-Elizabeth-
Tomorrow, we ask what feels expansive, not logical.

  1. You’re so right. “Writing something down doesn’t bind you to it, it simply reveals what’s alive inside you right now. Freedom comes when the page isn’t a contract.” Journaling gives us so much freedom—it’s amazing. Shifting from work, where everything you say or write is a kind of commitment, to simply writing whatever your heart leads you to, without judgment, is beautiful.

    • That’s a beautiful explanation of it all, thank you for your input and insights, they are always valued and treasured in this shared journey. Happy journaling , I just had an amazing journaling experience. Sometimes it just flows and you never even knew you had so much to say and other days that one sentence says it all. You truly never know until that one hits the paper.
