The Loop of Time

“Life doesn’t repeat exactly, but it often rhymes
, are you aware?’

Different day, same feeling, but is it or is it all you can tune into right now?

Different face or even the same face, familiar lesson, or is it an unchanged willingness to feel a new rythym?

Reflection
Have you ever found yourself in a situation that feels strangely familiar?

Our vibration draws similar lessons back, until that vibration changes and other times we yearn for the same experience and it never shows up and we miss the experience in front of us while we skip the beats that align our rythym.

Suspense
If your vibration is only tuned to the frequency keeping you on repeat, how do you change the frequency or more importantly, do you even want to?

  1. This is a beautifully introspective and thought-provoking piece—it reads like a quiet conversation with the self.

What stands out most is your use of rhythm and questioning. Instead of giving answers, you invite reflection, which makes the reader pause and look inward. Lines like “is it all you can tune into right now?” and “do you even want to?” gently challenge awareness without being forceful.

  2. I feel this. Sometimes it’s not the same moment, just the same heart posture. When we slow down and listen, things can shift. God can renew our mind and lead us into something new if we let Him.

  3. What a thought-provoking post, Kerri. I’ve seen those patterns in my life. I am going to be more aware of them when they pop up next! Thank you for giving me more introspection!
