        • Oh I love reading old stuff , it always speaks to me a whole new way at every different time in life. Stay cool and hydrated , I put sea salt in my water for electrolytes and hydration, how do u stay hydrated?

          • That’s so interesting. You’re absolutely right, old stuff never ages, but speaks to us in different ways in different times.

            Great question! I drink cold water more frequently in summer, because I don’t have any sea salt, to stay hydrated and cool. Sea salt in water sounds like a great idea.

            I also run a fan or an air conditioner to try to settle down warmness.

            • It was the same temp here the other day, a Great Lake swim day. Today is going to be a cooler day and for a few more days then a heat wave is expected. Sounds like you got your coolness all dialed in. Fans are a must for me too..

              • Sounds good. The heat wave is also expected for us next week with 31°C to 35°C.

                You’re right 👍 I like running fans during the summer. I try everything to get my coolness dialed in.

                Also, my week has been productive with lots of busy moments and work. My holidays from two weeks ago went very well, with lots of road trips from the afternoons to the midnights.
