Choosing Presence Over Control

“You don’t need to manage everything to be safe.”

Control feels productive.
Presence feels vulnerable.

But control exhausts.
Presence restores.

You are allowed
to release the need to fix, decide, respond, or explain.

Sometimes the most grounded choice
is simply being here
without reaching for what comes next.

    • Oh Im so happy and that is so adorable that your neice is drawing the sunflower too. I love it, thank you for sharing and caring and being such a beautiful person in the world and making a difference. You always radiate joy and I see it and feel it all the way to Wa. state. Hugs, I hope you all enjoy the book and what a wonderful way to share, I hope the other arrives right where you want it to be. That has been my goal, for my books to find the people they are meant to be with. I appreciate you.

  1. This is perfect for me, Kerri. I do tend to try and control things more than us needed. It’s always best to let it flow. I trust the process and your blog is always so inspirational!
