I have had to listen to the presence screaming to be heard inside of me.

Accepting the woman I am as a whole
meant I needed to embrace all of me right where I was standing and search the reflection of brokenness and shame and guilt not meant to weigh me down but an opportunity to be found.
My grief continues to give me a new view.
YES, I cry so hard I can’t breathe and THEN I let go!
So this is what is new!
Resistance is now a voice of surrender, let go to see the view, then decide if it’s a place to stand or move into.
It is waiting for you.
Our heart speaks first and your choice may hurt, but until a letting go happens your souls truth is captive.
Everything has a beginning and an end ,except GOD, so everything I do, I do, knowing GODS promise and view is to see me through.
I’m still here, aren’t you?






Whole in a Shadow

Sometimes you feel a part of you is missing
Lost and forgotten
Could it be
In the shadow you can see
You’re whole
Brokenness felt in the physical presence
Came together in the shadow
Wholeness verified in the light

Sometimes we feel broken, shattered inside and out and experiences knock our spirits in a tumbling topsie turvy. Take time to be present, without anything else other than God and YOU, to allow the LIGHT of our creator to show you the answers. Gods word never returns void and his light never fails to speak truth.
Broken, lost, without, forgotten, isolated, these words are the PERFECT space to meet our Creator for a good counseling session, no-one else is
interrupting, the floor is yours and the only shadow left is your own, this is sometimes the ONLY place we can hear, its happening for you. You have been brought here not to carry these emotions but to know you are whole still in this space and even more so than any other time.
This is where you are the most vulnerable to holy space. Embrace gratitude for it, this is where we grow most.

RISE

That lake is frozen
Somewhat…….
Less than enough

SUNSHINE

It was a beautiful day just a few weeks ago I took my dogs to my favorite lake near by. My best self rises within and near Gods amazing gift of water.

This day there was still an ice covering on the lake, so I parked farther away to let the dogs out to do their thing and their love for water spoke louder than their need to squat. Off they ran straight for the lake, nothing was going to stop them and I was in for a surprise.

My oldest is an amazing swimmer, she thrives in water like I do. She ran right up on a far away bridge going over a section of the lake. I had not been over that bridge or to that section of the lake, I thought the bridge went all the way over. From where I stood it looked that way, so I took a deep breathe and went behind them to get to the other side.

Well, that bridge went down to the water level in the middle, this is where the surprise gave me a challenge I never imagined.

My Rudy ( my lil boy) LOVES SNOW and all he saw was HURRAY snow on the lake and took a leap right on to the ice capped lake.

NOT frozen enough for me to get on it too, I tried to call him back to me and he thought it was time to play and get me on the snow topped ice on the lake.

The details of the next few moments are heart pounding as he fell through the ice and I was trying to keep the other two from jumping as well.

Rudy popped up and grabbed the ice and was able to pull himself and push with a back foot back onto the ice as I kept calling and encouraging him. He was farther out then I could reach and all I could think was how I was going to break this ice to get to him, because I knew the other two where going to follow and I needed to make a clear path for everyone.

This went on for what seemed like hours but it was moments….

After numerous breaks to the ice and falls and encouragement and prayers I was able to get in the water( I threw my coat off so fast to not have weight on me) and hold two back and reach for Rudy and pull him to me.

I think God stretched me in a way humans don’t stretch without his favor wrapped around you. He had me and I knew it.

I got the two puppies thrown under each arm and somehow had our oldest one eye to eye listening intently to direction. She knew this was business.

Thank you God for saving us all…. When I got home I was told , the day before a man and two dogs fell in the lake, the man went to save his dog and didn’t make it and another man went to save him and didn’t make it and only one dog made it. Bless their souls and may they rest in peace and maybe God had them be a part of saving us.

Brokenness tears down walls
Freed in the midst of unjust ways
Through struggle and through doubt
Chained to pain
Drugged by societies vanity
Judgement is owned by questioned sanity
Strained by grief

Searching the halls for secret walls
Where is the escape route
Then brokenness lead the way
The walls perceived, were only a belief
Brokenness rumbled through every crack
The inner echoes shattered like glass
The kingdom has no walls
No halls that echo our calls
It is the freedom of creation
The divine wireless call above it all
Get back up and stand tall
The kingdom has no doors
No ceiling, no floors
It’s infinite and more
It’s every sunrise and every storm
It has no chains
Other than the ones we create in discouragement and shame

It has been in my deepest pains I became chained.
I found that within the walls of my own doubt, I denied myself, I built a Kingdom within that was not what Gods plan was when Grace spoke, the kingdom of God is within.
I visualized a palace, a castle per se, with brick walls and long halls, darkness at times, emptiness and isolation closed in .
I had no escape route it seemed, I didn’t even realize I had done that until one day on my morning walk with God and my dogs, I was stopped in my tracks.
With the sun shining in the morning glare everywhere, where the mist laid on my skin and the clouds remained on the horizon again.
I GOT IT!!!!!
I felt God…………. WITHIN is NOT with walls and halls, there are no bricks and mortar and bridges to cross.
Within is open like nature, full of views and the freedom to move, it is not entrapment my child with doors and corridors, it is not the perception you created to protect your fears.
It is in the wilderness of pain your joy is found, release the chains, brokenness is simply an openness to recieve.
The chains fell off and the walls fell down and the castle I built that held my grief, my anger and my doubt had no where to be stored and I ran out of rent to pay the bill for the storage unit I built.

Heart Felt

Noise

Within is not where noise begins

It is the un-grounded choices we choose to persist in

A river does not stop and wait

A waterfall continues to flow

Without wondering energy will come and go

Mountains reside without a moment to decide

Lakes reflect the boundaries of nature surrounding

Our thoughts will flow when we persist in letting go

Noise begins where we let it in

Getting stuck on a thought and we’re trapped in

Choice is our freedom to make a change

Noise inside is an aftermath we design

Protect your space where calmness is aligned

SUNSHINE

Being calm can be an absolute, a decision to live where your space is aligned with calmness inside. We are NOT created with chaos inside, it is an outside element we decide to invite in. We get stuck in it when we persist and continue on. Even after its gone and done a choice is given to move on and we design a reason to hang on.

Let go and thank your mind, for thinking exactly how it is designed. It is built to think to create ideas, to ask, to find the whys. Thank your mind when you get stuck in a thought (thank you for that thought now lets move on) let it flow through.

Don’t persist on the ungrounded thoughts that keep you stuck, let go and give room to what’s ahead.

Thank you, let go and flow through the thoughts that are driven in from the outside and get stuck within. The chaos of our mind is created when we lose track of the creation where Love is aligned.

Set It Free

Fear is centered in the very doubt you allow near, set free guilt and shame and create space for light to remain in your perfectly created frame.

It is in the heart of the matter where love resides
It’s where walls are never built to blame
Quilt squares of life are not sewed together with guilt and shame
Pray forth a solution in place of space creating distance
Spaces must be carefully filtered regularly with light, love and persistance
Where trust is left without oxygen, doubt will seep into the cracks
Its without pumping oxygen of love and light we have allowed ourselves to become unpliable
Less penetrates the surface when we are not filtering our systems  carefully to remove debris
Stretch your communications today so that tomorrow does not repeat yesterday
Make tomorrow stronger than today and today be present in everyway
