Friendship in color

A whisper of yellow shining upon your heart

A hue of purple to splash memories when we’re apart

May the golds and the silvers line your path

Through the garden of life where our friendship lasts

In the quiet moments where everything from pain to joy collide

May you always know ,within the colors they will blend and flow and brighten your life

Every petal brightened with white is created with love to give you light

Sunflower power is beyond what we see , its strength intertwined build over time

You are strong beautiful friend even when strength feels fleeting

You are growing beautiful friend even when growth seems still

You are loved beautiful friend, even when love feels far

Behind the Closed Door

I always love the saying, “when one door closes , another one opens. “

It’s so true in life outside and inside, I have been infatuated with doors my entire life, the beauty of what they represent but also the frame work, the absolute amazing styles and the many ways they are used in art .

I traveled years ago to see my friend in Sweden and one of the most beautiful things of so many there is the stunning doors. I couldn’t get enough photos, they were truly amazing and so full of art.

When I see a door that stops me in my tracks ,it always sparks a curiosity, is what’s behind the door as beautiful as the start to the journey to venture behind it?

It always represents the inner work to me, it may seems beautiful and creative , but what’s behind it?

The beauty of opening a door when it’s represents itself is no matter what’s behind it, you have a choice to close it or open it, you can appreciate just the door or you can find out more.

Oh my gosh I was half asleep but I got your book last night and was determined to crack it open. So I did and OH MY WORD!!!! I just read the first couple pages and was in awe! It was soooo beautifully worded, wise, thoughtful, deep and loving all at the same time and Im going to read it again just so I absorb more. I LOVE IT ALREADY! I was too tired to write but for the first time since I was much younger, I want to write. And your book gives the perfect opportunity to do both, read & write!

I’m going to order my mom one. I’ll catch up w you soon but I had to tell you how impressed I already am and just want to give you the biggest hug for turning the darkest days into massive ascension & HARD inner work for yourself and now for the collective.

Bursting for action in 2024

For me 2023 gifted me a platform to realize just because we spend our whole lives thinking one way , doesn’t mean it will be that way and growth is hard and it requires pain and being uncomfortable and feeling all the things you wish away most often.

It’s in those moments you want to wish away that have the most significant impact of change and growth for your future best self, so keep going through it until you reach the other side, don’t stop at the worst parts, notice them , feel them and have gratitude for it all.

My title ahead for 2024 is full speed ahead… you?
