Dare to live with a curious inquiring from within
Believe in something you’ve never known
Trust in your heart with out questioning the mind
How many petals do you need to land on “love me” to believe it
Renew your spirit and polish your curves
Surround yourself in natures lights
And rest into the darkness of the glowing night

Trust is not broken from another action, unless we define it that way.  Once someone wrongs us, we stay within that action and own it and live it, losing trust and limiting our love for life and our ability to connect with others.

If we hold that wrong, we then continue to give power to the wrong and the person we feel that did it. In the process of healing I found there also has to be a letting go of distrust and caution to a point you are limiting your own life.

Live with freedom and send back any bad energy to the person dealing it. The minute you decide to give yourself permission to interact within a negative space you take that energy on as your own.

Sender wins and the loss of trust is now building from within.

If it’s being delivered negatively it’s not yours, breathe and physically move your arms in a way that you can mentally, emotionally and physically remove and send it back to sender.

DONE, move out of their energy space, build trust within yourself, this is where defense is dropped. When we respond in defense we have already lost, defense is guilt, a place within we lost trust.

Believe in something you never have……..an example might be believing that 10 deep breathes before you respond will save you a rollercoaster of reactions.

Encouragement

Creation already knows

A masterpiece is not created by day

Perseverance tiptoes all the way

Love and grace are always embracing you, are you able to receive?

Loving persuasion is self made, it is not something you can count on another for, it is a strength you receive through faithful encouragement that comes from Gods perfect grace.

The stresses of life can catapult us into distraction of self, forgetting we are a vessel for more than anyone can fill  leaving us defensive and unable to unwind.

It is in the glory of knowing when we trust Gods plan and we trust ourselves with what He has given us and we are responsible with his blessing than we see the fruits of our perseverance.

Stand in the knowing, not in the doubt, not in mans word, and not in things but in the promise of Gods love that can only flow when we first let go.

Authenticity in Clarity

Clarity is where authenticity shows!

In the random coverings of our deepest truths
Under layers of emotions, doubts and unstill fears
The covering floats, moves and allows us the process to adjust
Temporary rest requires a respectful gathering of truths
A clearing of what no longer serves you and thickens the plot of emotional chaos
Adjust your movements to free space in the gallery of of your anatomy
Movement, adjusting, creating, reaching and trusting
This is not the covering but the infinite source of possibilities
Adjust your cover and move into the light

I have noticed so many times that when clarity is ruffled and blurred, authenticity is in the shade. There is no point of reference, it is all chaos. First there must be a restful stillness to see and feel your truths clearly. Then there is a letting go of all that is not truth, this requires movement to clear space and allow the light to shine in.

When the light is not shining in, there is an urgency, be still and allow the gathering of truths to shift and move all else out.

Dance , move, stretch, write, sing, paint and get out into nature, breath and find gratitude in your own heart beating.

Life is a abstract painting of chaos swirled with order

One is not above or below the other
Behind or in front of
The walk is side by side
Gesture and posture can lift or crush a spirit
When a man honors a woman his spirit has posture that reflects his own inner love

You will know a man from his fruit

The fruit of the Spirit , love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Reflect unto such a man gratitude with the fruits of your own spirit.

It is always a good reminder to reach into the fruits of the spirit. We all fail this one, we react without a thought, we defend without reason, we deny another’s feeling because they don’t fit our own.

It is when we choose to grow together, when defense is not a gesture of decision but a kind response of understanding.

In all relationships, your children, friends, spouse or even a boss, it is within the fruits of the spirit we reflect love.

I heard a Roar

A submergence of love never failing

A curiosity untangled gracefully into an adventure

Tiptoe through the tulips of existence

Dance as if you are one with a breeze

Unravel thyself out of assumption

Focus where depth meets infinite grace

Where eternal connection locks in your glance

Where doubt evaporates and belief is a never ending trance

There is always a war of two roars

A decision behind every door

A roar of immortal existence graces an unpaved path

Hunger is intrigued by a growing soul

Awareness awaits stillness

It is there arrival is met

I am hungry to grow, my soul is receiving at rapid speeds sometimes. I hear more and can’t write fast enough to get it all down.

Recently I have been practicing often the shaking off the garbage that the world leaves in my path and opening myself more to be a vessel of energy and Gods healing to move through me to others.

I learned a couple years ago when I pray not to use my own energy. As humans , our flesh wants to be in charge, to be the healer, the fixer, the one that will make the difference, so we invest all our energy and deplete our stores not knowing that grace is infinite, love is never ending, energy is abundant , it has no gauge telling you it is empty or full, that gauge we perceive is our flesh speaking.

When we offer ourselves as vessels to hold less shit (yes I swear sometimes) in and allow more space for grace and love to flow through, we then tire less.

Letting go of an outcome is where grace steps in, it is where we allow our will to arrive in awareness, that we are not the decision makers, we are not invincible.

We are radically transformed and given more than we want and everything we need when resistance and control are let go.

Faith is built within the gap (the space only you and God exist) where knowledge precedes with grace and purpose is embraced and love gives grace and rejuvenation gives energy space.

Arrive Within Your SHADOW

Dear ones, are you aware of the shadow that follows you

Are you prepared for life to crack you open

And shine the brightest light beams past the surface

In our deepest prayers we ask for strength

We ask for connection

Infinite love

We ask for healing

For our dreams to land into the shape of our imaginations

We believe mountains can be moved

That thunder rumbles from the heavens

That love is everlasting and passion pulses within us

Are you prepared to be broken open

To be molded and mended a new

To be aware of the shadow that follows you

You must experience your presence within it

When I was in my early 20s I remember praying for God to have me experience whatever I needed to , in order to be helpful to others. I always wanted to be a good listener, that took me years to realize I wasn’t as good as I thought I was. My kids told me that. I listened for countless hours to their stories and moments and spent late nights up with them listening to their days.

Then one day I asked my son what he would change about me, something I had the power to change, not something I already did I couldn’t go back and fix. He answered this,” I wish you would listen first without a response and without a reaction and make me wait to come back and debate the point after you processed it.” He wanted to be able to debate NOW, not later, to be heard fully without my own processing, because to him that meant he wasn’t heard and I was gearing up for a reaction.

That wasn’t my take on it, however I changed that as fast as I could and learned a response or reaction wasn’t even necessary. He just wanted to be heard fully and completely and acknowledged for it without any response from his mom.

Later I learned my daughters felt the same. This left me feeling as if I was never to be heard and I had no say in any matter at all without them feeling as if I was one over them.

Frustration for years surfaced and often still I am reminded, we all want to be heard, a response is not always necessary or needed and a reaction is always best left beyond the shadows.

Her honor and unwavering love, if compared to the largest mountain
Supersedes it’s existence beyond multitude
She stands with her side against you and demands your hand upon her
She is more beautiful than a million lillies in a valley
She is a healer
Send directly from the heavens
Her patience is beyond a butterfly bursting from its crysallis
She will wait in your space for her moment
You can not dismiss her importance by her patience
She is not shy to draw you to be present in the moment
She teaches that time is not a definition to love
To love without attachment to time is the definition of presence

Life is your platform to dance!

To experience all of you, you will fall face first in the sand and get stuck in the thorns on new paved paths numerous times.
Then you’ll bounce and catapult into a scream hallelujah as you rise above.
You must face ridicule and judgments, failures and frustrations.
You must be able to cry and scream and stomp your ever loving mind out of believing your less than enough.
You must be able to stand firm and face your truth and your worth, even when it seems monetarily emptiness is what holds value.
You must hurt and feel pain, you must dig so deep the inner fire seems impossible to reach, even at times may not be visible or even apparent it existed.
To be all of you, you will be invited to eat at the table with vulnerability, guilt, shame, loss, heart ache disapointment and then dance on the table it was served on with the very strength and courage it brought you.
See it how you want to, shake it up, shake it off, shake it like you mean it

I had an interesting question asked to me the other day. I decided I would just add the video I made and posted on Instagram. It’s interesting  and when asked my first thought was, why am I being asked something for someone else?

Lately I have been experiencing something I’m going to start talking about openly, because it is a subject that I think needs a voice.( stay tuned)

I am a daughter of a KING, chosen to love and chosen for as much good as I can humanly spread around. I fail, I fall, I trip, I get back up, some people like me, some don’t, but what is most important here is that NO ONE KNOWS my heart better than GOD.

An opinion of another is an experience one has had with you along the way, these times of life change as we change, we grow and we create our own thoughts about ourselves sometimes based on what another says, creating emotion and sometimes havoc on our spirits.

This can also cause massive growth, it moves us and often catapults us depending on our will and our strength. It can inspire and it can lift us to the moon, opinions can build or shred as well as damage and help create.

Move within the spaces of love and love will be found.
