In the look and posture of a smile something was misunderstood for
awhile.
Do not assume your perception is another’s point of gesture.
Take time to share the benefits and not your inner doubt.
Let go of your own worries that are moving you about.
Time is changed in assuming the worst when love can be assumed instead of the first.
Presently,purposely, without a question, believe and be your best.
Love and be love in all you do, it is what’s personally something only you can choose to do.
I am me and free to be and evolving into exactly who I’m suppose to be.
If you closed your eyes and couldn’t  see my actions and my ways, would your heart feel the same anyways?
If you sat with yourself and heard your own heart ,would it dance with me and not apart?
Listen to your heart and dance to the beat.
Close your eyes and feel the song, the truth and the light are guiding you along.
Sunshining on your sight with your eyes closed tight!

I don’t need to know why, I want to cherish in the Thank you it is.
I don’t need to know why, I want to be present in this moment, it’s not a quiz.
I  carry no worry, I choose to be centered in joy and love and no hurry.
I choose not to dwell on what I didn’t arrange, I thrive in purpose that now is my change.
I choose the sunshine and love the rain.
I choose to smile and know that tears often come to erase the fears.
I see a wish, not a weed.
I see frowns upside down.
I see a cloud passing like a blanket in the sky.
There will be pain, there will be gain.
There will be news that hits like a freight train.
You’ll experience adrenaline, reactions and fear.
You’ll see things that you wished you would of missed and are not near.
You’ll wonder why and how and who often times there will be only one thing  you can do.
Breathe and meditate in gratefulness.

If knowledge is power why do we gain and lose power when we know more?
Think about this concept.
To know is also to judge ,to assume,to identify,to consume,to defend,to argue,to become, to doubt, to fear, to look back ,to be still in doubt and not confidence.
Are you becoming or adhering to knowledge or are you possibly the only knowledge you need?
What if we were like nature’s calling, like a flower growing, opening, closing, the beauty without need of approval or need to defend circumstance?
Can we let go of what we know to be more and is to be more enough?
What is enough for you?
Do you see without wanting to know?
What if the initial burst of energy and excitement when you see without knowing  more could always be that exciting?
Knowing more can give you power to excel or power to repel, do you know where your power goes in knowing more?
Can we stay present with a flower and just appreciate the site without knowing how many storms, sun rays or animals past this place?
Can we be one in a moment without knowledge changing

the simplicity of trusting our surroundings and seeing  beyond or behind what is true and authentically directly in front of you?
As a child’s free spirit sees everything in innocence,  can we do the same after knowing more?
Regaining the spirit of innocence and   non judgement.
Regaining excitement without first analysing every thought and fear why not.
Regaining the strength to do what you would have no idea you can’t if you didn’t have the knowledge of possible failure.
Lift the vale for a day and without fear of failure ,without giving thought to a possible can’t,  do it and cheer for power in not knowing.

One day,one moment,one thought,one feeling leads to another.
In a cancer center with his mother.
Don’t do this, don’t do that.
Do they really care where your at?
Every person has lost their smile.
There hope and health lost in denial.
I’m counting over 50 faces, coughs, heaviness and lives faded.
In a glance I realize my son is so different  than everyone.
He’s hopeful, happy, keeps his mind clear and knows his path and keeps his  positive energy near.
What makes you different than yesterday, take a good look at who you are today.
He’s on his second round of acute lymphoblastic  leukemia , an I amp21 to raise the bar and an attitude that will kick cancers ass far.
As I look around  at everyone down I’m reminded we can choose not to frown.
Color lost and posture heavy, heads  looking at the floor and hearts on the other side of life’s open doors.
We choose our thoughts they choose our feelings.
Based on how we perceive life, hope and love can be our own advice.
Choose your thoughts and where they go, you are the only one in control.
Believe in the process of the depth life gives, it’s teaching you always how better to live.
Doctors , machines, beeping near me, needles, veins and cells to clear.
I watch my boys face he’s resting right now , while I see the tubes running his blood through somehow.
He’s patient and strong, he never complains, he’s a warrior man and his spirit is fierce.
Believe that today is your day everyday and don’t let anything ruin the way.
Sunshining on YOU today, stand in the light of your grace and wear a permanent smile on your face.

That someone else is also YOU!

When I woke up my heart ached.
Last words spoken were no mistake.
Learning everyday to say,” I can decide”.
Growing everyday and putting the littler things aside.
Be careful not to own the judgements of someone else.
Most importantly let go of the judgements you put upon yourself.
Take the time you need to breathe and believe.
When loving someone  else create a place they feel safe to be themselves.
Loving another isn’t conforming them to your way, it’s understanding and choosing to go or stay.
Attempting to limit another’s feelings based on how you think about things, is a clear reflection of change waiting to arise within yourself.
Some look to be taught.
Some look to learn.
Some decide to teach.
Some decide to give a speech.
Some decide they know the answer.
Some decide you will know there answer too.
Some share the joys and break rules along the way.
Some will decide there rules are the only way.
Thankfully some is the sum of whatever you think and feel today.
You decide for you and respect others for that too, right or wrong is up to you.

When the mountains collide with the sky and blue is on your side, life is delivering a present that’s even bigger than life outside.

Blue is the color of the sky and blue is the color of those eyes.

When your heart divides and time is on your side, nothing falls to the way side.

Gravity shifts and energy lifts and the pull is more than you can  take.

Release resistance and go with persistence, and let your heart lead you where to go.

When your heart divides feel the vibration inside move you back to the place where love is alive.

When your heart divides and life outside leads you deep down to the core inside, feel the depth of your why and find words to describe  something you never new could even come alive.

The driveway ahead  was almost clear with just a few branches to push aside the end of the road was near.

My heart was calmly following the path that was ahead, not ever even wondering what was about to change my world, was a place I couldn’t have dreamed and is now uncovered and revealed.

Was it the heart undivided and the peace and solitude?

Was it the sky in front of me with intensity I’d never seen?

The mountain and the trees were surrounding what was real and giving me more than I ever could of dreamed a heart that had been divided could really truly feel.

What my eyes couldn’t believe and my feelings couldn’t escape came in the intensity of nature’s masculinity perfectly made.

Letting go to more shook me to my core, I had no idea when I opened that door that life had so much more.

Thank you life for leading me to this very place, that spending time outdoors was where I would feel my heart race.

Sunshine is shining on you and me and in this place peace surrounds me and love has found me, and life abounds in me and excitement to reach the depth of you is everything  I want to do.

Sunshines on the lake and life is full in every embrace!
