A gift is to hear the rising of the morning.

The smell of fresh dew carrying the reflections of what surrounds it.

A gift is to feel the earthquake when your soul rumbles with fire.

And your heart beats with the adrenaline of passion to live.

When you know for sure letting go of defenses means your belief system is solid.

A gift is when letting go is a manifestation of transformation not disappearing.

When letting go and allowing the pain to pass is disassembling a pattern to reconstruct a new design.

A gift is to recognize that your destination is not determined by justification but appreciation.

A gift is criticism that opens the possibilities to change previous limits.

A gift is hearing others stories so not to be devoured by your own astonishment but humble in inspired growth.

A gift is knowing your happiness is directly reflected from the core of our your own radiance.

Escape the yearning desire to give away your happiness and instead illuminate your surroundings for others to see their own path.

A beautiful song narrated with a personal commitment to live unconditionally in love.

A dare to live bravely with honesty beyond a normal comprehension.

To live without the bondage of judgements, but listen to honor my own reflective growth.

To love what is idealized as good and bad and consume the varied possibilities of perception.

This song evolves and cultivates the depth of goodness.

Music erupts from the strings that pull my heart.

The surge of beats echoes through the halls of this fiercely built soul.

Instrumental notes play in random order sharing their part in the song.

Mind and body create a bass beat in the background rumbling and consuming core strength.

Tranquility and unity empathize with the suffering sound of pain.

Healing must occur through the releasing of anything other than love.

Change takes a path and tunes in the sound creating meditations carrying this moment.

Transform your fear into faith titles the moment.

The pain is a reality of the darkness that shades my light.

Meaningful and incipient existence seeks to unfold.

Possibly the hardest part is to accept the gift of falling apart.

Translating this apart dwells in the loss that love is simply who you are or not.

Trust in falling apart and allowing your heart to be still within you.

Triumph and transformation circles until deserving acceptance are allowed to see you through.

The winds carry words that summarize the steps that will occur.

Choice swirls the pains to stop, sleep and isolation come out on top.

Disengagement from another heart reveals a weakness to build strength to accept that part.

Comprehending tragedy is an infinite flame that ignites your soul and won’t let go.

Transcend from the addiction of trying to control inevitable pain and soften the edges that remain.

Allow the unknown to be revealed, trust in your own journey to heal.

Sunshine is still here descending out of  a cloud of raining tears.

Simply an interval of time releases tears watering the joys and peace transformed from fear.

The center of gratitude is forgiveness from pain sustained.

Can you reach the pain to train its weakness to be a strength uncontained?

Can you let it wrinkle your forehead and crack your insecurities?

Can you dive into the depth of the disaster and clear a path to freedom not obscurities?

Do you believe there is more than your decision to see?

Is there a chance serenity has more than one door entering the chance to be?

Will you roar in the face of confusion and allow the stillness to clear the illusion that has been concealed?

Will your heart be allowed to feel past what your mind can conceive or reveal?

In the face of resistance is a path also of persistence not absolute.

Where you proceed in consistency reveals a relevant strength of pursuit.

Let force or pressure release its mask and become a confident gesture of peace.

Let go of the triggers and control of your role, allowing chaos to release.

Arise and have grace in this place, let go and have faith.

In the consumption of experience complete overflow spills over.

There is no comfort zone to this process.

A complete and deliberate graceful transcendence must arrive.

A wake-up to what is inside.

Memories flow and triggers of the past simultaneously let go.

The breakdown and astonishment render inspired risk to be free.

Anger must be unmasked as its true self, seeking comfort, security and control.

As the waves of the ocean create white caps and the wind howls with fury,

I am reminded to be still and let go of worry.

Control masks itself and hides its insecurity and the wind forces its abrupt revealing.

Conversations of fear disengage the heart and build scars not healing.

Consciousness must arise and tragedy is just an example of where our minds go.

Purge tension and evacuate from familiarity and risk courage on an unknown path.

Invite peace and solitude to your present state.

Trust in the disassembling inside and arise to the peaceful place you will reside.

GRACE CONQUER ME

Infinite love streams from my heart and is not enough.


Being alive to feel the interaction of pain unravels my senses.


Daring to live with joyful bravery and courage conflicts with cancers course.


I know without doubt there are miracles that transcend this devastating turnabout.


On my knees to  surrender and escape this complexity.


Is this life a wonder or a tease struck with stab wounds?


Overflow of strength reveal your nobel process.


Tear into my soul and upgrade me.


I am the mother you chose with fierce rejoice.


You trusted me to interact and be alive, to teach my children to thrive.


To love beyond infinite depth and to protect.


To accept grace in the this place.


To choose peace when darkness was released.


To carry two arms to embrace their hearts.


To never give up and to stand with them and never apart.


To be positive when the disassembling sense of space spins me in my place.

Detachment of control and eager letting go must emerge.

A dare to live and excavate the inner familiar.

Open to the courage of the unknown and interact with emotions.

Release the fear of the rippling effect of consistency and patterns and roar in this moment.

Shake up your soul and reorganize your center.

Look in the flames of love and see your own reflection.

Determine nothing and let go of it all.

Ask a question to your soul, why do I need the answer?

What will an answer give but a path to another.

Your opponent simply and with clarity shows the reflection of fear to be.

Will I fail or will I succeed?

Will I be loved or left?

Will he or she?

Will I , how do I, can I, should I, would I?

Embrace your opponent with grace.

Your opponent is the relationship you decide to dismantle or restructure within you.

Choose to raise the hand of your opponent and bow with gratitude.

The truth is whether you win or lose there is always a gain when you have grace.
