When someone needs you to be other than you.

MAY EVERYDAY BE A NEW DAY TO LOVE!

May today be a day his smile lights the way.

May today be a day he sees his puppy to play.

May today be a day he can get up and walk.

May today be a day we have another chance to talk.

May today be a day his hope continues to grow.

May today be a day of healing to know.

May today be filled with love and joy.

May today be a day he sees his wife’s face.

May today be a day he can rest in her embrace.

May today he receive my very best.

May today have no stress.

May today be still and his presence be at peace.

May today be a day his cancer will release.

May each day remind us that this very moment matters.

I am grateful I have been gifted a son that has truly been a light , love and life changer for me. He has taught me to be more compassionate, to love without a word because its action that counts. He has taught me strength is our individual perception and that presence is purposeful. He has taught me loving is often quiet and it hears more. He has shown me that being a mom does not mean your boss, it means you have a chance to grow if you choose to. He has shown me pain beyond what I thought I could comprehend and bare and for that hes paved the way for massive change.

Courage Replaced Fear

Do not fear to pioneer, to venture down new paths to endeavor.

I asked him,”can you take me to the highest place?”

“What then,” his response, with a puzzled look on his face?”

“I will know when I get there,” I replied.

The feeling to go I couldn’t hide.

When we arrived at the mountain top.

I felt pulled to be on the ground and look up without a sound.

Suctioned to the earth,  I was covered by the heavens all around.

I sat up and looked in front of me and knew.

The mountain was holding a special view.

To some it may sound silly to hear, to me it was audibly and visually clear.

The mountains and the heavens are your gear.

Slide into the lake and conquer another fear.

I asked again,”can you take me to the lake to swim in the darkness of the night?”

With an expectant look he replied, “Yes, let’s do your bucket list right.”

The waters would signify all the tears through the years.

The moonlight would shine as nature pulls me near.

Grounded in earth, heaven and grace.

The moment delivered another embrace.

Swimming in the deep dark waters of the night was set.

My mountain man driving a boat to protect.

Each breath signified doing something new.

Accepting the challenge to be scared and move through.

To create love where misunderstandings appear.

To be strong where weakness fed on a reflection in the mirror.

To be aware where denial steals time.

To stand off the defensive line.

To strip it all down to the ground.

Letting go where you once were bound.

Every move rippling into slow graceful motions.

Energy is like calligraphy written into emotions.

Time is non existent bouncing off anxious existence.

Each heartbeat seems to travel with a delayed remembrance of purpose.

Followed by the rushing of oxygen to the surface.

Breathing continues to give life and each moment is still new.

Eyes open up to the sky radiantly blue.

Life and laughter are lovers undone.

Inner freedom shines like the rays showering down from the sun.

Capturing life in snapshots with every blink of the eye.

Stillness reaches in and grants the depth inside.

Soul conversation releases peace in this place.

Gently guiding your hand to dance with the life you’re given to embrace.

When the mind talks and the heart walks and the soul hangs on and neither seem to belong. Stay present and at peace, breathe and continue to release.

My soul and heart are far apart.

The whisper is here but my mind isn’t clear.

I can change my mindset.

I can create a smile.

I can ride my bike until I drop.

I can jump in the lake and swim to the bottom or stay on top.

I can fall down and get back up.

I can stand tall and take deep breaths.

I can keep writing and let it flow through.

I can choose to let go and keep my love tank full too.

Today I want to scream out loud.

Until my heart and soul jump back off the ground.

I want to run until my feet are numb.

I want to surrender to the silence with the sun.

I want a solution to my sons cancer NOW.

I want to know why and fix it somehow.

He is my light.

My Insight.

Sent to me from above.

He is unconditional love.

Grant me the strength of a LIONESS right now.

Join my heart to my body again somehow.

Soul ,I’m here draw me near.

Mind let go of fear.

Somehow there is an answer here.

Please I’m asking with every cell of me.

Heal his body from the inside out.

their foundation wherever they go!

Assumption is fear that’s drawn near.
Assumption assaults the soul.
Takes over with control.
Assume follows gloom.
Leaves love with no room.
Assumption takes away our sweet time.
Leaving our heart hanging on the line.
Assumption chips away at peace.
Crowding out a way to release.
Assumption turns love into loss.
Assumption is control resisting the calling on our soul.
Let assumption go by.
Leaving no place for it to hide.
Let the heaviness of your heart fill with love.
Let the doubt of your thoughts flood out.
Allowing that place to refill with thoughts that fulfill.
Choose your thoughts.
Choose your actions.
Choose your hearts reactions.
Assuming is the opposite of Grace.
It’s a place we choose to go outside our own space.

Interpretation of your view is part of you.

Pay attention to the voice you use.

Your voice is a gift that can be misused.

Do you realize what is said is clearly where your lead?

Do you see the cover and decide for another?

Do you respect your own self talk.

Do you remember to stand tall when you walk.

Are your words humble and kind?

Do you pay attention to resting your mind?

Do you smile and take a chance?

Are you ready to shine and dance?

Are you on good terms with your heart and soul?

Do you own an interpretation that’s not in your control?

Where your thoughts go your energy flows.

Loving life is a beautiful direction to go.

Have passion in how you speak.

Have passion in the way you think.

Passion will flow in your words and actions.

In the magic of sound there is something to be found.

In each beat of your heart you have a new start.

In the deepest moments there is a rythym of components.

In the worried mind there is serenity waiting in line.

In the threat of stress there is something to address.

Thoughts will flow, like a river filling with the winter’s snow.

Close your eyes and feel your heart.

Breathe in the laughter and the sounds that keep your soul above the ground.

Thankfulness can clear fear.

Pain will teach you new ways to steer.

I know there must be a way..

To get rid of my childs tumors TODAY.

Why I say and then I pray.

Please lead me to a new way.

I know you gave me this beautiful gift.

To be the mother of three beautiful daughters and my son Zak Swift.

Thank you for every smile I see.

Thank you for the love and light they breathe.

Thank you for their beautiful heartbeats.

Thank you for the lesson learned, life is about love and not what we have earned.

Thank you for the sunshine on them today.

Thank you for there independence and strength along the way.

Thank you for the difficult times, even though I want them to go away.

I will continue to learn and share and pray.

From the deepest passions of my son’s songs.

He has chosen a brave independent way to belong.

From the heart and soul of his deepest voice.

I will continue to share his words of choice.

From the passion of a man on his dancing feet.

From  the blessings and agony of love not defeat.

From what is heard in the cities walls.

From the way he expresses his gains and falls.

Thank you for the freedom to feel the beat.
