Go to lunch with a friend.

Reach out and try again.

Take a route with a different view.

Learn something you never knew.

If you normally go fast, take time and go slow.

If you walk by others without a word, you’ll always be unheard.

Listen to a new song, let your heart and mind respond.

Do something you have never done, finish something you have just begun.

Be creative with a meal; make it with a purpose to heal.

Try a new tea or pay one forward for someone else to have for free.

Walk a different way, stop and skip halfway.

Wear new color socks, go outside your normal box.

Live a day all-new there is more than just what you do.

Do something new.

Make a gift for you know who.

Do something new.

Create a better view.

Do something new.

When was the last time you drew?

Do something new.

Make someone else feel it too.

Do something new.

Find out you can too.

Take the time to look at things around you.

 Notice the way it surrounds you.

When you give to the world, the world gives back to you.

Without fail you will have bad days, don’t run from them they encourage better ways.

Without fail you will have a broken heart, let healing show you a new start.

Without fail, you will experience pain, be thankful for the depth you gain.

Without fail, you will cry, appreciate that and don’t let it slip by.

Without fail you will see something that will change your life, let it move you to new heights.

Without fail, you will experience stress, what a challenge you get to show your best.

Without fail, you will feel the struggle of life, embrace the lesson for it gives you advice.

Time will pass, use it.

Time is precious, don’t lose it.

Time is an experience, learn from it.

Time is a gift, give it.

Time is love, experience it.

Time is joy, embrace it.

Time is learning, hear it.

Time is laughter, share it.

Time is yours what will you do with it?

Tomorrow will come and today will be gone, yesterday passed and it’s time to move on.

Without fail time will pass, will you remember what happen last?

Remember your time and the gift it is, share it, live it, love again, laugh at it, smile with it, and breathe it in!

Accept no one’s definition of your life; define yourself!

Do you weigh yourself by a calorie and define your career by a salary?

Does a scale decide your day and give you what you weigh?

Do you worry about each bite you take and allow that to determine the mood it’ll make?

How do you weigh the words you say, do you make them matter in your day?

How do you measure the time you stay, is it decided by the clock display?

What determines your worth is it numbers and in girth?

A calorie is not just a calorie when you define your day by the numbers you play?

What if you decided your day by the factor of what you say?

What if you decided what you weighed by the density of your day?

What if the numbers on a scale became just an old story to tell?

Who you are is not a number to see.

Who you are is worth more than weight will ever be.

What if you defined the food you eat by the density of the nutrition instead of the weight?

What if you defined your life, by how you lived it and took your own advice?

What if you decided that a calorie is simply just a word and life was going to be lived not just heard.

Live your life with density, and feel the intensity.

Be fearless and wonderfully made, get you’re a@@ out of the shade.

Stand tall with shoulders back, speak with confidence and a matter of fact.

Take the time to eat what serves you, challenges you and moves you.

Stop complaining about the result you get when you base your life on a number bet.

The choice you make daily will show up without a maybe.

No matter what you sneak the person that matters most is always watching up close.

How do I say it?

Will I say it right?

 The heart beats faster, palms are wet, legs are shaking and your mind re-invents.

Breathing becomes secondary and panic sets in.

All of the sudden you realize the reality can win.

Mind has the thoughts, heart has the pace, soul is ready to take its place.

Communication starts inside, listen to the conversation, it is your guide.

What if the conversation inside you said this?

All that flows from you is peace, love and joy.

You have everything abundant inside to enjoy.

Breathe in and out the very best, this moment is yours I’m so impressed.

When the conversation inside leaves no room for fear and doubt, the communication outside moves lovingly out.

What would you tell someone else to do if they were struggling to say something too?

Confidence to stand with your shoulders back.

To walk with purpose.

To consume the best ingredients of life.

To live with an abundance of happiness.

To love, live and laugh.

To cheer for your fellow man.

To grab a hand and lead.

To be a good student

To be a good teacher.

 To listen to your heart and educate your mind with knowledge.

To meet people where they’re at.

To honor and be honored.

To believe that, every day is your day.

Confidence is seen, honored, respected and contagious.

Stand with it, receive it, notice it, own it, be it.

Confidence is a posture of who you are, you possess it by default, and there is no debt to own it or share it.

Stand with the courage to believe it is in you!

Don’t wait for a bill to charge for it, it’s a gift and it’s YOU!

A reminder that you own your own confidence free and clear, quit charging others for it!

If you have been trying to find it, remember that trying is a great way to escape ownership.

You already own it, take responsibility for it, shake the dust off and shine it up!

Pouring down rain was calling her name.

The thunder was rolling, her heart was controlling; the rain was calling her in.

 The drops were flowing and the wind was blowing, she heard it and it called her in.

The freedom in the rain silenced any pain it was still calling her in.

 Her clothes were soaked, her curls were gone, drops of water dripped from her head.

The puddle below was a gift to grow, it reflected an amazing glow.

 She stood outside for hours and hours dancing to the sound of the rain.

 Every drop was amazing, she couldn’t get enough; it kept calling her out of the pain.

A hand reached out and said,” MOM lets jump and be glad for the puddle stomping game”.

 They jumped and they jumped and splashed and laughed, they giggled and loved and had a blast.

 Now when it rains it reflects the letting go of the pain.

 The days and years go by, the moments pass your eyes, is your heart in the game or do you stay tame?

 Let go and have fun, jump in the mud, your life has truly just begun.

 When was the last time you truly let go and enjoyed life’s adrenaline run?

 Walk outside and truly decide what will you do today?

 Give to your life your own advice and loosen that invisible vise.

 Observe your life, is it all about strife?

 Do you laugh and play and give thanks all day?

 Do you worry about what others think and allow yourself to become extinct?

Are you holding back what you own, giving your power to the unknown?

 Your day is a mixture of rain and shine, when the puddles show up, don’t ever give up.

 Look at the reflection the puddle gives you and take the risk to be more of you.

 Happiness is inside of you, joy is abundant and proud of you, love is free to give and take, don’t hold it in just begin again.

 Every day is another day to observe and reflect a better way.

 Sunshine and rain are in our days, just shout out, ”I AM SO AMAZED!!!”

 I AM A WONDERFUL PERSON (or do you hear I used to be?)

 I CAN AND YOU CAN TOO (or do you hear, ya right she can but you can’t?)

 I KNOW AND WON’T EVER FORGET (or do you hear, you forget everything?)

 I WILL FIND OUT, I WANT TO KNOW (or do you hear I could never figure that out?)

I LOVE NO MATTER WHAT (or do you hear, I used to love all the way but I was hurt and now I can’t.)

 I LIVE AND LEARN (or do you hear I live but I’m not living ?)

 I LAUGH AND LOVE EXCITEMENT (or do you hear I used to laugh all the time?)

Do you hear the constant voice that argues with what you really want, and who you are?

What if you stopped arguing and just showed that voice the truth?

What if you joined arms with that voice and showed it you can too?

What if instead of fighting you just said,”I love you and I’m sorry you were hurt, but you’re safe with me now?”

What if you screamed at the top of a mountain to that voice,“I will grab your hand and show you it’s wonderful, glorious and amazing here?”

What if all you had to do is join together with that voice and give it a yes or no and be clear and concise?

What if all you had to do is teach it to love no matter what?

How do you feel when you’re left behind?

How about if you honored that voice and cheered it on?

I LOVE THAT VOICE THAT CHALLENGES ME.

I LOVE THAT VOICE THAT PUSHES ME TO DO MORE.

I WILL NURTURE THAT VOICE AND STOP TALKING BEHIND ITS BACK.

I WILL LOVE THAT VOICE AND HONOR IT AND TEACH IT WHAT THE TRUTH IS AND STOP LEAVING IT MAD.

I WILL SHOW THAT VOICE AND LEAD THAT VOICE AND GIVE IT A SAFE PLACE TO BE APART OF MY LIFE.
