If you are not willing to learn no one can help.

If you are determined to learn no one can stop you.

I have learned that people come and go.

I have learned that love knows.

I have learned that sunshine comes from within.

I have learned you can always begin again.

I have learned that being a mother is one of the deepest feelings I’ll ever know.

I have learned that every second is a precious choice to grow.

I have learned that being in a group or alone can feel the same.

I have learned you never go anywhere if you appoint blame.

I have learned that in a day there are more choices to make than there are stars in the sky.

I have learned that all you need is nearby.

I have learned that real education is learning how to live your best life.

I have learned that fear can steal your life and keep you from your own good advice.

I have learned that I get to make the choice.

I have learned that I have a clear voice.

I have learned how to use fear, choice and my voice to truly live and rejoice.

I have learned that I don’t do anything fast.

I have learned that I appreciate every moment from my past.

I have learned that wisdom is made to last.

I have learned that no matter how hard it was I made it.

I have learned that breathing is underrated.

I have learned to think from my heart not my head.

I have learned that in every person there is a story to be read.

I have learned that when you cry every tear weighs more than its weight.

I have learned that those tears carry healing that can’t wait.

I have learned that today is your best day, live it, breathe it, be with it, don’t let go of it, don’t miss it.

I have learned that no one can put out my flame.

I have learned there is no reason to complain.

I have learned that the solution is inside of me.

I have learned that love is truly how I see.

I have learned that love is ME.

Sunshine will always be!

You are the love you’re looking for.

Believe it and receive it.

At The End Of The Day

End your day with a smile a thought and a grateful heart!

At the end of the day did you give your best?

Can you look back and rest?

Did you wake up with the best attitude?

Did you start with complete gratitude?

Did you greet every person with your best?

Did you remember it starts with a willingness to invest?

Did you serve others in your day?

Did you remember you along the way?

Did you forgive each day so tomorrow starts a clear new way?

Did you love with all your heart?

Did you repair what fell apart?

Did you walk all day with confidence?

Did you live the day with significance?

Did you smile at a frown?

Did you lift yourself up when you were down?

Did you call someone just to say hi?

Did you remember time flies bye?

Did you take a moment just to breathe?

Did you start a request with a please?

Did you sing out loud to your favorite song?

Did play the music loud and dance along?

Did you create greatness out of a struggled time?

Did you remember when to draw the line?

Did you pick up litter on the ground?

Did you remember that you are truly profound?

Did you take the long way and enjoy the ride?

Did you remember you get to decide?

Look back at the end of the day and be able to say you did your best all the way.

I hope your week was wonderful and each day was filled with joy.

I hope your weekend is the best and you reach for more quality time to invest.

I’m sure it will be different than your opponent.

Can you remove your own experience to see more than appearance?

Can you believe in more so you can truly soar?

Can you see more than this and allow time to reminisce?

Can you feel in this day and make sure you don’t miss anything along the way?

Can you hear what is said and let go of what’s inbred?

Can you let go of what was and invite in what can be?

Can you listen with an open heart and let go of the things that fell apart?

Move ahead with great intention; make room for re-invention.

Ask the questions you need to, to give clarity to what you lean to.

When you wake up get excited.

When you can walk outside, get excited.

When someone calls you get excited.

When someone tells you they want to talk to you, get excited.

When someone smiles at you, get excited.

When the sun shines, get excited.

When the rain falls, get excited.

When you have an opportunity to make something great happen, get excited.

When you can talk to a loved one, get excited.

When you can see a loved one, get excited.

When you have the opportunity to breathe air, get excited.

Get excited, this is YOUR LIFE.

Make life happen or life will happen to you.

Do you want to travel to a new place?

Do you want to take a day off in a new space?

Do you want to start today?

Do you want a better way?

Do you feel happy with your place?

Do you want to jump for joy, then jump.

Do you want to have fun, then have it.

Make a decision today to have the life you dream of every day.

If the thought is I can’t, then can’t it will be.

Start from where you are if what you want seems too far.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change!

Go to lunch with a friend.

Reach out and try again.

Take a route with a different view.

Learn something you never knew.

If you normally go fast, take time and go slow.

If you walk by others without a word, you’ll always be unheard.

Listen to a new song, let your heart and mind respond.

Do something you have never done, finish something you have just begun.

Be creative with a meal; make it with a purpose to heal.

Try a new tea or pay one forward for someone else to have for free.

Walk a different way, stop and skip halfway.

Wear new color socks, go outside your normal box.

Live a day all-new there is more than just what you do.

Do something new.

Make a gift for you know who.

Do something new.

Create a better view.

Do something new.

When was the last time you drew?

Do something new.

Make someone else feel it too.

Do something new.

Find out you can too.

Take the time to look at things around you.

 Notice the way it surrounds you.

When you give to the world, the world gives back to you.

Accept no one’s definition of your life; define yourself!

Do you weigh yourself by a calorie and define your career by a salary?

Does a scale decide your day and give you what you weigh?

Do you worry about each bite you take and allow that to determine the mood it’ll make?

How do you weigh the words you say, do you make them matter in your day?

How do you measure the time you stay, is it decided by the clock display?

What determines your worth is it numbers and in girth?

A calorie is not just a calorie when you define your day by the numbers you play?

What if you decided your day by the factor of what you say?

What if you decided what you weighed by the density of your day?

What if the numbers on a scale became just an old story to tell?

Who you are is not a number to see.

Who you are is worth more than weight will ever be.

What if you defined the food you eat by the density of the nutrition instead of the weight?

What if you defined your life, by how you lived it and took your own advice?

What if you decided that a calorie is simply just a word and life was going to be lived not just heard.

Live your life with density, and feel the intensity.

Be fearless and wonderfully made, get you’re a@@ out of the shade.

Stand tall with shoulders back, speak with confidence and a matter of fact.

Take the time to eat what serves you, challenges you and moves you.

Stop complaining about the result you get when you base your life on a number bet.

The choice you make daily will show up without a maybe.

THERE IS NO “I” IN TEAM BUT THERE IS IN WIN!

The stadium is lit there are players in line.

They know their position, their plan is aligned.

There are players that play the hardest moves and others that can watch and help you improve.

Do you bench one and leave them sitting to watch, do you know what they’re thinking about the boss?

Are they fighting and pushing and shoving their way, or loving and listening so they can stay?

Take the time to honor and develop great action, they can be a guide for a better reaction.

Let the strongest player lead the way, teaching them all how to play.

When the lights go out, let the players rest, after a long day of teaching them to be their best.

You have your mind, body and spirit, observe the decisions and posture you choose to direct these team members never to lose.

A loss can be a lesson to define, making it a win by design!

Gather your team for the best day ever the only choice you get is now or never!

Never give up and strive for your best and remember you always have more than you guessed.
