Just when you sit you can stand.

Just when you wake up you can choose to sleep.

Just when you walk you can run.

Just when you write a sentence you can write a paragraph.

Just when you ran a mile you can run 2 miles.

Just when you climb a mountain you can slide down.

Just when you make your first $1 you can make $1,000,000.

Just when you think you lost it you gain something else.

Just when you win one race you can win another.

Just when you touch the bar you can raise the bar.

Are you reaching your potential in life?

Are you thinking about it?

Are you planning it?

Are you waiting for it to come to you?

Are you satisfied with exactly where you are?

How many years have gone by and what did you do with them?

Can you look at the years you have lived and say, “I have lived the best life I can?”

Have you loved with all your might?

Have you gone to new heights?

Have you lived without worry and had adventures without fear?

Have you woke up in the morning and said, “I love you near?”

Have you looked in the mirror and said, “Well done?”

Have you felt your heart race to see another and looked in their eyes and felt a flutter?

Have you stopped and appreciated what life has for you and really absorbed and felt it to be true?

Have you reached for your greatest health and have you experienced your true wealth?

Have you felt the fittest you can be and know where that bar is to reach invincibly?

Have you traveled to all the places you want to see and believed it will happen and brought it to be?

What if every word today sounded like a smile and you kept that for awhile?

What if you held that smile all day and challenged it to not go astray?

What if you received every smile your way and didn’t push it far away?

There is always something you can do to change your day and someone else’s too!

There is someone that needs your smile, are you holding back and waiting awhile?

There is a heart struggling to open, your influence and energy can  be unspoken.

 There is a mind struggling today, will you be the one to encourage their day?

Share a smile with every face, start with your own and practice the pace.

Confidence to stand with your shoulders back.

To walk with purpose.

To consume the best ingredients of life.

To live with an abundance of happiness.

To love, live and laugh.

To cheer for your fellow man.

To grab a hand and lead.

To be a good student

To be a good teacher.

 To listen to your heart and educate your mind with knowledge.

To meet people where they’re at.

To honor and be honored.

To believe that, every day is your day.

Confidence is seen, honored, respected and contagious.

Stand with it, receive it, notice it, own it, be it.

Confidence is a posture of who you are, you possess it by default, and there is no debt to own it or share it.

Stand with the courage to believe it is in you!

Don’t wait for a bill to charge for it, it’s a gift and it’s YOU!

A reminder that you own your own confidence free and clear, quit charging others for it!

If you have been trying to find it, remember that trying is a great way to escape ownership.

You already own it, take responsibility for it, shake the dust off and shine it up!

THERE IS NO “I” IN TEAM BUT THERE IS IN WIN!

The stadium is lit there are players in line.

They know their position, their plan is aligned.

There are players that play the hardest moves and others that can watch and help you improve.

Do you bench one and leave them sitting to watch, do you know what they’re thinking about the boss?

Are they fighting and pushing and shoving their way, or loving and listening so they can stay?

Take the time to honor and develop great action, they can be a guide for a better reaction.

Let the strongest player lead the way, teaching them all how to play.

When the lights go out, let the players rest, after a long day of teaching them to be their best.

You have your mind, body and spirit, observe the decisions and posture you choose to direct these team members never to lose.

A loss can be a lesson to define, making it a win by design!

Gather your team for the best day ever the only choice you get is now or never!

Never give up and strive for your best and remember you always have more than you guessed.

Confidence, acceptance, courage and stride, the authentic hero is always inside.

The team is in place and set for a win, are you sitting on the bench or ready to begin?

Pouring down rain was calling her name.

The thunder was rolling, her heart was controlling; the rain was calling her in.

 The drops were flowing and the wind was blowing, she heard it and it called her in.

The freedom in the rain silenced any pain it was still calling her in.

 Her clothes were soaked, her curls were gone, drops of water dripped from her head.

The puddle below was a gift to grow, it reflected an amazing glow.

 She stood outside for hours and hours dancing to the sound of the rain.

 Every drop was amazing, she couldn’t get enough; it kept calling her out of the pain.

A hand reached out and said,” MOM lets jump and be glad for the puddle stomping game”.

 They jumped and they jumped and splashed and laughed, they giggled and loved and had a blast.

 Now when it rains it reflects the letting go of the pain.

 The days and years go by, the moments pass your eyes, is your heart in the game or do you stay tame?

 Let go and have fun, jump in the mud, your life has truly just begun.

 When was the last time you truly let go and enjoyed life’s adrenaline run?

 Walk outside and truly decide what will you do today?

 Give to your life your own advice and loosen that invisible vise.

 Observe your life, is it all about strife?

 Do you laugh and play and give thanks all day?

 Do you worry about what others think and allow yourself to become extinct?

Are you holding back what you own, giving your power to the unknown?

 Your day is a mixture of rain and shine, when the puddles show up, don’t ever give up.

 Look at the reflection the puddle gives you and take the risk to be more of you.

 Happiness is inside of you, joy is abundant and proud of you, love is free to give and take, don’t hold it in just begin again.

 Every day is another day to observe and reflect a better way.

 Sunshine and rain are in our days, just shout out, ”I AM SO AMAZED!!!”

 I AM A WONDERFUL PERSON (or do you hear I used to be?)

 I CAN AND YOU CAN TOO (or do you hear, ya right she can but you can’t?)

 I KNOW AND WON’T EVER FORGET (or do you hear, you forget everything?)

 I WILL FIND OUT, I WANT TO KNOW (or do you hear I could never figure that out?)

I LOVE NO MATTER WHAT (or do you hear, I used to love all the way but I was hurt and now I can’t.)

 I LIVE AND LEARN (or do you hear I live but I’m not living ?)

 I LAUGH AND LOVE EXCITEMENT (or do you hear I used to laugh all the time?)

 IT’S WONDERFUL AND YOU WON’T CHANGE MY MIND (or do you hear I think that’s wonderful but..?)

Do you hear the constant voice that argues with what you really want, and who you are?

What if you stopped arguing and just showed that voice the truth?

What if you joined arms with that voice and showed it you can too?

What if instead of fighting you just said,”I love you and I’m sorry you were hurt, but you’re safe with me now?”

What if you screamed at the top of a mountain to that voice,“I will grab your hand and show you it’s wonderful, glorious and amazing here?”

What if all you had to do is join together with that voice and give it a yes or no and be clear and concise?

What if all you had to do is teach it to love no matter what?

How do you feel when you’re left behind?

How about if you honored that voice and cheered it on?

I LOVE THAT VOICE THAT CHALLENGES ME.

I LOVE THAT VOICE THAT PUSHES ME TO DO MORE.

I WILL NURTURE THAT VOICE AND STOP TALKING BEHIND ITS BACK.

I WILL LOVE THAT VOICE AND HONOR IT AND TEACH IT WHAT THE TRUTH IS AND STOP LEAVING IT MAD.

I WILL SHOW THAT VOICE AND LEAD THAT VOICE AND GIVE IT A SAFE PLACE TO BE APART OF MY LIFE.

I WILL GRAB A HOLD OF THAT VOICE AND LOVE IT AND HUG IT AND TEACH IT, THIS IS A SAFE PLACE TO BE.

Remember when you start your day that smiling is okay.

When the sun rises and shines on you, don’t forget you asked it to.

When a child smiles and laughs near you, don’t forget to laugh and smile too.

When a stranger looks at you, don’t forget you’re a stranger too, smile and say, “Have a good day”.

When you are blessed to eat a meal, don’t forget how good that feels.

When you make a new friend make sure you don’t forget you’re on the other end.

In the cracks and crevices of the day, don’t forget to play.

When your heart is telling you to do something more, remember it’s an open door.

When you promised to let it go, remember the person you have to face daily knows.

When you’re given a chance to rest, remember you asked for that when stressed.

Remember the little things around, and life will be profound.

Remember who you are today, yesterday is gone, tomorrow has not come, today is a chance to overcome.
