It took the jolt to see

The emotion

The feeling

It took time to create the path

A transformation through experience began.

Inside

The least resisted

The path set before me, wasn’t meant to get lost in

It was there to travel through

To experience a transformation

To observe

It was only temporary

Tears changed shape

Steps changed direction

Pain created space

To feel the present

To honor the future

The pain transformed through experience

The urge to leap disappeared

The desire to step with grace appeared

It didn’t happen without seeing all the colors

Feeling all the emotions

It didn’t pass through with a lack of pessimism and optimism intertwined

Transformation through experience started to pass by allowing each to have space

To move

Inside

Freedom has been seen through, transformation

Felt and experienced, as a transformation through my journey

It’s energy moved
Strength is truth
Strength is not visible or even physical
Strength is believing
The courtship of your being
It’s energy spilling from the tongue and lips
It’s energy in the sway of your hips
It’s energy in your step and even regret
Strength can shatter
It can fill you with all that matters
Strength can sweep you off your feet
It’s the energy in which it moves
that gives it strength.
Do not mistake softness for the absence of strength
Strength is not what you see it’s what you feel coming from the energy moved in your belief

Sounds quiet down all around

Shade takes the stage gently perspective is changed

Where a moment ago light and shade both took center stage

They bow with the honor of true love in a universal exchange 

Miraculously the tides never hide

Crashing and surging to a universal rhythm and vibe

Pebbles in infinite amounts toss and turn

Offering in grace our perceptions and concern
