What you have experienced does not define you or name you unless you say so.

What you become from your experience is what you accept and allow and not defend, it will be solid and does not bend.

If where we came from determined our worth then who are you letting decide the price?

What has happened to you,  has happened for you.

Hurt is the obstacle that builds strength to feel love.

Pain is the obstacle that will teach healing.

Loss is the obstacle to feeling appreciation.

Traumatic events are obstacles to learning trust.

Judgement is the obstacle that teaches unconditional love.

Deceit is the obstacle to learning forgiveness.

Hardship is the obstacle that teaches overcoming.

Defeat is the obstacle that builds strength to persevere.

Guilt is the obstacle that teaches you to let go.

Shame is the obstacle that teaches empowerment.

Fear is the obstacle that teaches creativity.

Doubt is the obstacle that teaches you to believe.

Regret is an obstacle that teaches responsibility.

Limited thinking obstacles will teach  strength and possibility.

Your obstacles are your future strengths.

Will you stop in front of the obstacle or look back at it?

Your present purpose is your futures education.

Your past is not your future, it is a gift and the key to enter into freedom.

I love you for every moment and experience you have ever had, it created this moment I would have never had.

When you are love, love is you and love is with you and love comes for you, there is no escaping that love is around you, for you and all about you.

Cheek to cheek and heart to heart, the gravity of the experience will seduce the heart,  mind and soul take on the challenge, will you fight it or breathe it, love it or leave it, share it or hide it, be with it and see it?

There’s  no time in between to ever fear the epic nature is made very clear.

Friends along the way change life in a glance, the inner glow shined far in advance.

Intense moments of growth, inner lights flashing like flood lights protecting and showing the way saying,'” I’m in front of you, touch me, let me be a part of your every day.”

There were no detours off this course, every moment was exactly where we were supposed to be, no force.

The sky shows stars like never before, never denying its perfect place, that star was pure and simply put in that time and space.

There were 4 wheels and a light, spokes and power, what moved those things were the inner desire.

A labyrinth with bare feet and letting go in the sun and feeling the heat.

 Following each step with a turn of the head, change is occurring inside with not a word said, with every step you’re moving ahead.

 This was just the starting of what was soon to become, intense and trusting times leading to more letting go and having fun.

The moments never stopped, not for a second, hills and rivers and sand and flowers, the air the energy the riding for miles.

 The heart is pumping; lungs are breathing, abs so tight from laughing and feeling.

The key in letting go and allowing and accepting what is now is exactly what is supposed to be happening.

The spirit of nature and all of its glory shot deep inside with sudden and intense passionate fury.

The heart races with anticipation, the body gives in and the mind knows, preparation from this life, it finally shows.

Every part of your life is a clear path, every moment and experience happened just for you, love it at last.

Don’t miss it, don’t deny it, let go and invite it, be part of it, feel it, desire it and grab hold of it.

When open is where you have no doors and happiness is yours, vision and precision become a decision.

Your walk will change, your mind rearranged, all you know and all you learned come together at this turn.

Fear is not there, all falls in place, every moment of life was there to embrace, and it was set as a gift every second of time, every experience and moment lead you to this depth you were meant to find.

Mother’s Love

A mother’s love is forever.

A mother is an indescribable gift.

Being a mother is where life turns into joy, love, happiness, excitement and so many other amazing feelings I believe there is no language for, it’s felt through the heart.

Being a mother has been the most amazing journey of my life.

I dreamed as a little girl to be a mom one day, it was my number one dream and a dream it was.

I wanted 4 children and that is exactly what I have, they are all a part of me everywhere they go and they show me every day what wonderful hearts and souls they unfold.

I can see there smiles no matter how far away I am.

I can see there animated characters living life as if life was freedom and I found out it is.

Oh to be a child, they have taught me so much.

They taught me to stop and see things no one else could see.

They taught me to let go when everyone else was taking hold.

They taught me to be so strong, when times were tough there was no way I would be anything but POWERFUL and PROTECTIVE of all of us.

They loved me when I made mistakes, they followed me to every escape.

It seemed I never ate a meal without tiny hands trying to steal.

They laughed until they cried all the time, they danced and sang along to every song.

These kids showed me how to be still, how to listen and how to chill.

They taught me to love and to let love in, they showed me no matter what our love together ALWAYS WINS.

We traveled to the biggest puddles, the rivers, the lakes and got into trouble without any mistakes.

We were always spontaneous, on the go, we never stopped living and no one ever said, “ I’m bored!”

I ended up in classes watching every move, I was protective and fierce and they learned to MOVE.

They knew when they were in trouble and they knew what to do and it when it came to rebellion, they shared that with me too.

I love my children more than words will ever describe, I love every moment even the ones I thought I would never survive.

They are the blessing I know GOD gave me to save me from my own selfish behaving.

I learned how to be the best I can through every second of this life they blessed me in.

Thank you to all my children and to my mother that loved me through every day of my life no matter what I dealt her in love and strife.

Thank you for all I am, you 4 children are my heart forever and again.

To my mom thank you for giving me the life I have in me, you taught me so much and I know it and can see it within you and me.

To my grandmother that taught me to shine, she never let go of loving me to the end of her time.

Also to Becky Bergstrom a woman that taught me so much about how to be a mother and how to love and laugh when life seemed chaotic and tough.  I miss your wise words and your smile and heart, you gave me so much to learn and grow and I think about you always along my journey’s road.

Collect Moments

Collect Moment Not Things

How often do you challenge yourself?

Challenge yourself to stand the duration of a sunrise and sunset.

Walk a mile farther.

Take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Run instead of a walk.

Ride a bike instead of a drive.

Eat raw foods instead of cooked foods.

Create a rainbow of colors in your food that are alive and bring you joy.

Clean out a room and leave only what you enjoy.

Be spontaneous now and then, go where you have never been.

Have you ever just stopped and listened to a river full of frogs, at midnight in a park?

Have you ever stood still by a pond looking and talking to two swans?

The deepest craziest most amazing energy is reached when you have the tenacity and tenacious spontaneous ability to say yes before you imagine why you would say no.

Say yes and then figure it out, say yes and figure out how.

 Never say no to an opportunity that will fulfill your deepest desires and dreams if you don’t know how take the time to learn now.

What story keeps you stuck, are you living and breathing with limitless belief?

Whatever you dream of for your life is clearly written and ready to thrive.

Have you set your own heart aside for the life of someone else that deserves to experience and feel what you may be covering for them inside?

Everyone has their perfect place, where you’re at is where you need to be, to get to the next place, you’ll see.

Friends are friends forever

When friends are present in your purpose, purpose becomes full of friends.

Where you go the most magnificent people cross your path, will you see them and love them and share with them so it lasts?

Will you love them, tell them, give and receive from them?

Take a journey to a park, get on a swing laugh and play until there is nothing left to say, then rest and process the beauty of the day and never let that joy go away.

Get on your bikes and take a ride, look all around you take it in, tell everyone they are filled with blessings from within.

Take time, give time, be time, move time, see time, be with time, know exactly what time is.

The time is right now, where you are, who you are, what you are, it is the space, the place, the joy, the laugh, the smile, the sharing, the caring and bravery to be daring.

Friends will invite you to climb rocks, to skip stairs, to live with the intensity to bear your soul, to live with what matters and take hold.

Friends will see more in you than you see in yourself, they will enlighten you, love you and move you to see what IS, and that is YOU.

Friends will laugh with you, eat with you, see the sunset and sunrise with you; they will listen to you, hear you and believe deeply that you are capable of anything you want to do.

Friends will guide you, help you, solution find with you, they will cheer for you, hug you and go out of their way to protect you.

Friends will make you laugh until you cry they will misunderstand what you say and be able to crack you up in the amazing ways.

Be open to new friends to their ideas and their ways, you were meant to cross their path and learn more than you knew yesterday.

Friends will see you from their own eyes and if you open your heart you will see their enlightenment is so wise.

They will be able to choose a face, an animal or an amazing place; you will spark in a friend what they already have and maybe didn’t see inside of them.

Friends remind us who we are when life gives us moments we don’t see far.

Friends go the distance to finish a race and it’s never goodbye when you have connected your hearts in life’s epicness.

Get Real and Feel

All in one amazing, beautiful full and fantastically living outside of limits busy day.

Some days can be so full of wonderful madness, creative gladness and intense and wild energetic deep insane chaotic adventurous fastness.

How do you fit it all in a day, do you invite it in or push it away.

Take moments in your day to remind yourself who you are.

Take moments in your day to say, good job, you have come so far.

Take moments in your day to appreciate the pleasure of breathing.

Remember that in a day the incredible act of your body to go means you must take care of it so it will show.

Show up for yourself, let go, take a deep breath and breathe slow.

Let the air fill your lungs and let the light on your face; take a moment to capture the amazing opportunity of grace.

When you’re in a hurry and you forget not to worry, your space and your place will fill with chaos in a hurry.

Take a moment to see your posture in the world, are you offering what you want to see, pay attention it will come to be.

When you feel relaxed and ready to go and you are organized and in the flow amazing opportunities start to show.

Show up in your life, let go of anything that holds you back; every single day is your chance to live exactly what you dreamed as a kid.

Stop for a moment and ask yourself, how do you feel, does it match with how you want to feel, open up and get real.

Nurture your life and others too, no matter how busy it is today, take the time to remind yourself and others along your way just how important you are in a day.

YOU are important to me; tell someone else the same thing for you and me.

Will You Believe?

Sometimes the hardest things and the right things are the same things.

Every encounter is a gift, every pain can uplift.

When every pain can be seen as a gift you learn the depth of your heart was kissed.

In the uncertainty of a break down there is always a breakthrough.

In the quietness of your day, there will be moments you’re not sure will go away.

In other moments you will hang on tight, they will fill you with intense insight.

Take in the feeling and the moment; grasp the face, the joy and every component.

The place is set, the reason is there, will you push it away or be prepared?

To be alone is really to say, I have time to let go and not be afraid.

To take time to reach your best place in life, it takes more than just good advice.

It takes heart and soul and everything in between to stand together and see what you can bring.

Bring your best, your absolute best, never settle for anything less, never give less than your absolute best, life returns to you what you invest.

Love the differences in people and places, embrace the voices the smiles and the stages.

Light draws light and dark is trumped by sunshine and delight.

Anything is possible when you open the door, even a slight crack leads to the possibility of more.

Do you have French doors with windows or do you have a solid wood door with locks and no hinges?

We have the choice of what doors we open and what doors we close, we can put windows to see or a doorknob to turn or just touch, will you look out the window or open the door and trust?

Life is so full and ready for you, there are times and moments that you can choose.

Don’t limit the distance in anything; distance is simply a measurement, not everything.

Are you ready for more in your life, can you open the door and risk learning and living outrageously what is not now in sight?

Can you breathe in the possibility to perseverance that gives stability?

Believe in the dance and the moments that give you more chance, you have been gifted a divine advance.

Love is as an intertwined passion of existence.

How will you show up today?

What will you decide about your day?

I will love like today is the last day I have.

To love and laugh every day as if it’s the best day I’ve ever had.

I will love every day with expanding energy to experience more.

I will love from head to toe.

I will experience a love that knows.

I will grow with love and make love till love is all there is.

I will be love, see love, show love, experience love.

I want love to laugh with me, see me, share with me, know me and to believe in me.

I want love to embrace the difference in me, the excitement to live, the space I need to move, and the pace I need to choose.

I want love to stand on a mountain with me, to climb new heights to share the light.

I want love to pick me up off the ground to carry me around, to be excited we were found.

I want love to jump up and down and let go of what holds us bound?

I want love to see clearly and shake off nearly.

When love comes together with the freedom to be you and me, then love can take you where you may never have seen.

I am LOVE and LOVE is what I see, LOVE is the freedom to be YOU and ME.

Love is life, a living of who you are, and letting others be exactly where they are no matter how far.

Life is a love that offers you more, it serves you and deserves you, love it all, and answer the call.

Love is dancing under the moon.

Love is singing in the rain.

Love is walking barefoot in the sand, toes and heals leaving footprints like music in a band.

Love is pure and raw beauty from the inside-out, you feel it, it changes you without a doubt.

Love is standing through a storm and not allowing love to get torn.

Love is the sunset and sunrise even in the snow, love has seasons you know.

Love is where you live, love never goes unless you choose to let love go.

Love is inside of you to give, share it, be it, live it, believe in it.

A Roaring Heart Always Lives

A roaring heart lives every moment with undone passion.

A bike does no good to say you have it and never ride it.

Nature is only there if you don’t get in it and see it, feel it, nurture your soul with it.

The sun simply shines if you don’t appreciate it, love it, think about it and bask in its beauty.

The ocean roars and its depth goes beyond what you can imagine, do you realize it’s there?

The mountains simply stand if you don’t stand with them and on them and devour their magnitude.

In our minds and hearts, all are
simply just there if we don’t open up the roaring passion of life in there.

Do you have sheets that have never been wrinkled up and shared with someone you love?

Do you have shoes that don’t get worn, who would love them or can you wear them just because?

Do you have clothes you can give away, that take up space you can use to play?

Do you have a yard you look at and never enjoy, what if you spent time in it with others joy?

Do you have a bed you have never jumped on and a pillow you have never thrown, did you know a great pillow fight adds time to your life you may not have known?

Do you have a list of friend’s numbers you never call; are they really your friends at all?

Do you have a car you have never taken your clothes off in, made love or kissed till your lips felt plump again?

Have you ever just laid on the floor and enjoyed the breeze coming in the door?

Do you ever just grab someone and dance and sing like life is fun and full of new and inspiring things?

When was the last time you ate dessert and didn’t worry about dinner or work?

Have you ever just danced in the kitchen and used spoons for a microphone and played and moved to a song you have written?

Are you enjoying your life, bringing smiles, changing lives and going the extra mile?

There is a time in every day to do something that unleashes your passion, reach out to a friend expect nothing back in the end.

Live with love, give with love, everything is meant for your journey, it may feel good, it may feel bad, but everything goes by the way it should.

Does some of this sound crazy to you, have you curled up and worried too much what others think and forgotten that you have a list of things you wish you would do and not just think?

Your list may be different than mine, but what are you missing in life that gives you the passionate feeling of living out loud and not just in your mind?

 A roaring heart will never stop the beat, open up the passion, have you pushed YOU aside and let you simply miss the ride?

Dream Big Start Small Act Now!

No matter how hard it is if that’s what you want, you have to go through the journey to get there.

No matter what the weather is, be thankful for it, it will come and go again and again.

No matter how far you have to reach, keep reaching.

No matter how many squats you have to do to get that a@@, keep squatting.

No matter how many times you have to do a sprint to become a better runner, keep sprinting.

No matter how long it takes to become faster on that bike, keep riding.

No matter how many times you want to quit, that won’t FIT!

When you want to lie in bed instead of get ahead, that’s where you will have an argument in your head.

When you want something more, more has to be bigger than what was before.

Clarify your vision, write with precision.

Organize the life inside, your mind and heart and soul will guide.

When you organize the life inside, then organizing the life outside becomes easier to not put aside.

The passion inside will fuel the drive.

Passion for where you’re going has to be fueled and flowing.

When you want to stop, look at yourself and have an honest heart talk to help.

The pain of not living your dreams is far worse than the rejections and pains to experience your worth.

You’re worthy of all your dreams, living and loving and giving is better than waiting, and trying and sitting.

If you want to travel far, then you have to raise the bar.

If you want to give to others, first you must give to you.

If you want to give love, you first have to be love.

If you want to be a friend, you first must be a friend.

If you want to live a dream, you first have to dream.

If you want to know you can, then doing it is the plan.

Every day make a way, step by step, one foot ahead, little or big, keep digging in, you will get there if you keep the pace, never give up on the dreams you want in place.
