Presently living and feeling love in my life.

The wind in my hair.

Music that makes me dance.

Taking a chance.

Running through the rivers on the fly.

Feeling the sand under my feet and seeing stars in the sky.

Jumping through the waves and loving the heat.

Letting waves take me to the shore.

Going back for more.

Beaches fuel the fun.

Laughter in the sun.

Smiles everywhere I go.

This moment is beautiful that I know.

 I love riding my bike in the wind and rain.

The unstoppable power of a moving train.

I can go on and on and on about the wonderful things I am appreciative and feel in my life.

When I think about all the moments that gather up my life, I also think of the people and all the good advice.

Gathering up the stories, making moments matter along the way, takes presently being present in every waking day.

Time to shut the computer down, set the phone to the side.

Be present and be intentional in all of the day.

Giving eye contact when you’re talking and listen to what you say.

Give room for others experiences they take part in your way.

We all grow together when love defines the day.

Speak love in every word, challenge yourself to listen so you can be heard.

Respond in love now, tomorrow is not yet found.

There are no guarantees of moments ahead to live, what you have NOW is the most precious time to give.

Share in the presence and make yours and their moment matter.

Love in all you do, see love is me and you.

Sunshine on love, true abundance and wealth comes from love itself.

The connection is already complete, color it beautiful and show your best, you are connected to all the rest.

What does connection mean to you and do you feel it too?

Inner emotions, outer physical, soul-spiritual and thought intentional, do these connect for you?

We are all connected, we all breathe the same air, we live on the same earth, the ground is moving beneath us all and love covers like a waterfall.

You don’t have to accept it, you don’t have to love it, you never have to see it  and you don’t have to feel it.

When I realized the air was shared and my space was part of the world, I decided to love it all and make a difference where I stood even when I fall.

When you realize you’re connected to all that surrounds you, you realize what you do makes a difference to all around you.

There is no space between you and the earth, the sky, the wind, the rain and the sun.

The air that surrounds each of these things connects us all to everything.

There is no disconnection in reality, not in your mind, your body or your emotional state, your spiritual beliefs, your hiding place.

There all connected no matter what, it’s in the accepting it where life opens up.

You can choose what you want to know, what you want to do and where you want to go and you can choose how you honor it or how to let it show.

The choice to be connected has already been made; it’s a solid promise God gave.

Even if your spiritual journey doesn’t include God you’re in this connection without odds.

What you choose to love and choose to share, what you choose to bare and what you choose to wear is still connected to everywhere.

If I drew you a picture of the world on paper, the paint, my thoughts and visions that come alive would surely be connected from my heart to the paper and lines.

Take the time to understand you are the connection.

It doesn’t take more than a second to know that fact, but it does take the time to feel the impact.

What you do and say, feel and share, what you breathe and touch, move and accept, is a true connection to the rest of us.

Make every moment matter, your moments link to your heart, your thoughts even when they seem to fall apart, your hugs and smiles that help, your laughing and crying and loving and being, your living and giving and seeing, there all connected no matter what your feeling.

The connection is not lost or taken away, it’s you that decides to look another way, and still the connection stays.

Let the connection to life be felt, the connection is already complete, are you believing you’re disconnected to something that is perfected?

You don’t have to look for it or even work for it, it’s given for free to you and me.

I will give my best in every way to  the connection we share together in every day.

Choose clarity in your words and in actions, yes or no is the only way to go.

When a decision is made it’s clear in thought,close the crack for fear and doubt or an opinion that can cloud it out.

Bare your rays in praise.

Center your thoughts and balance your days.

Be clear and concise and know your own advice.

Be wise and true to the feelings inside you.

Confusion is not a place to embrace.

Confusion is simply a turning place.

It’s a clear place to take a moment and make a choice, make it clear and move out of it with a loving voice.

Taking the time to breathe and be still, know that feeling and let it be revealed.

The answer may be just to be still, it may be to ride a bike up a hill, it may be to take a moment to pray or ask a friend their insight today.

When I’m not clear in thought, I can look at that and see, it’s a reminder I need to process and be true to me.

There is so much information today on everything from health to how to play.

Take the time to choose what is right for you, not just what is right for everyone looking at you.

You are the model that inspires change, and you are the model to decide your own exchange.

It takes training daily to swim a mile and it takes a lifetime of learning daily not to rush the end of any journey.

The journey is your life, it is an ever-changing seasonal delight.

Everyone needs clarity; get out of confusion it is an illusion, moving forward has to be from the place you see.

Where you see is where you are, that is the only place you can step forward to go far.

Thank you for the ability to hear, for the friends and family always near.

Thank you for the guiding light, for the reminder of what you have seen from my light.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and allowing me to share mine too.

Thank you for all the love shared that has helped me find clarity in my thoughts I have bared.

Sunshine continues to bare its rays!

A bike appears it’s not mine, but it invites my curiosity to journey reciprocity.

This bike was made specifically for adventure and movement, it offers the opportunity of joy, freedom, exploration, healing and believing.

This bike has detoured miles with me now, receiving mountains, rivers and experiencing the heat of over 100 degrees for hours and hours.

This bike has felt my tears, it has my feet prints, my handprints, it knows my cadence.

When my legs push on those pedals I can feel my feet push so hard it radiates power through my body from the tips of my fingers to the tips of my toes.

It is the blood flow and mind flow, the mindful life glow that urges me to step harder, to breathe more, to feel the power at that moment.

All that matters at the moment is the connection between my heart and mind and the power I put into my two soles and behind.

This bike is a vehicle to the destiny I have been preparing my whole life for.

 The vehicle that quietly without expectation gifted me a path to another step in my life.

No defense or offense, it has no feeling, no agenda, no expectation just invitation to ride it all out.

There is freedom to go fast or slow, to use power or carry me when I want to coast and trust the flow.

Passion from head to toe, it takes me where I want to go, it found me when I didn’t even know.

How did a bike that is not my own give me something I have never known?

The builder of this bike intentionally built it for us to ride.

The inventor of this bike wanted more freedom inside.

This invention was built with purpose to make a dream come alive.

The owner of this bike you see purchased a gift he had no idea he would receive.

However the inventor of this bike knew it would touch more than a few.

It started with a thought.

It created an action.

It gifted a reaction.

It inspired traction.

Believe in your thought.

Create an action that will draw a reaction.

Be mindful of the attraction.

Be intentional with interaction.

I didn’t know that someone else’s bike, inspired by someone else’s dream would give me the most intentional insight into my destiny midstream.

Bask in the beauty of your intention.

Fuel it with an invention.

Let love be the extension.
