What is Love to you?

Love is a free flowing never ending abundance of life.

Love is grace.

Love is freedom to be you and me.

Love is an openness to receive.

Love gives us room to breathe.

Love gives us space to grow and believe.

Love never controls you, it flows in and out of you.

Love is a recycled hardship.

Love is a feeling.

Love is where we came from.

Love is fun.

Love is an action.

Love is a moment.

Love is a motion.

Love is a current.

Love is energy.

Love is a flower in bloom.

Love is you me and the moon.

Love is the first star that shines.

Love is thunder in a storm.

Love is where you are in current form.

Love is you.

Love is me.

Love is a choice to see.

Love has no hold on you, love is the letting go of the hold that used to be in you.

Love is the accepting of the truth.

Love is authentically fearlessly forgiving of your past residue and ready for the NOW to be in clear view.

Love is a gift and it’s you, just close your eyes and let the truth fuel YOU!

Energy exchange is priceless.

The energy you share can change a life.

The energy you show can be a light.

The energy you are can be felt without saying a word.

There is energy in the water rippling across the lakes.

There is energy in the oceans beyond what an eye can see.

There is energy in the wind that is felt across our skin.

There is energy in the earth that is constantly shifting new birth.

There is energy in the sun that gives everything life on earth.

There is energy in food that creates a healthy state of being.

There is energy that is exchanging with brilliance every moment creating you and your life’s dreams.

Who are you the question is asked?

When your physical body is gone from this space, what do you think happens to the people left in that place?

The energy you leave is the legacy you breathe.

What kind of energy do you leave when you go?

What kind of energy lights your way and what kind of energy shades your day?

What kind of energy pushes you forward?

What kind of energy holds you back?

What kind of energy makes you smile?

What kind of energy are you right now?

When something seems tough breathe out and recycle that energy into wisdom and love.

When you feel down, let that energy be found, feel it, release it and recycle it into beauty all around.

When heaviness holds you back, let that energy flow through and let it create something profound.

Energy is always moving, be the energy you want to feel, be a beautiful energy field.

Every move you make is the energy you take in to begin again.

Every moment is an opportunity to exchange and recycle energy; will you own that and invest in the funds that proof that?

If you could see your perfect day, no limits to time or energy, what would it look like?

What if you could travel the world?

What if you could play an instrument?

Sleep a little more?

Have more energy?

Would you like to be more available to your children?

Would you like more time freedom?

Would you like to contribute more to others?

Would you like to have financial freedom?

Would you like to have healthier relationships?

Would you like to have a larger house?

Would you like to buy your parents a house?

Would you like to lose weight?

Would you like to play a sport?

Would you like to be stronger or compete in a race?

Would you like to wake up and feel this is your BEST day every day?

What if you could have all of this be your reality?

What is in your way?

Are YOU your own hurdle?

Are you willing to do what it takes to create the life your MEANT to have or will you continue to take the time you have to continue to think and never have?

What will your life’s legacy look like?

Are you willing to be uncomfortable now to be comfortable later?

Are you willing to say no so that you can say yes?

Are you willing to say yes where a no holds you back and others have to guess?

Are you willing to let go of fear and be fearless in overcoming, so you can be your best?

Are you willing to ask for help where you never have before and forgot you are blessed with love around you to help you open doors?

Are you willing to be humble so that you can learn to be bold?

Are you willing to listen so that you can hear?

Are you willing to live in passion so that passion is clear?

Are you willing to live into your highest greatness inside and out  and conquer the lie of fear?

Will you stop to thank every person that helps you to create the gift to choose?

Can you stop to thank your bank, mortgage broker, dentist, doctor and grocery store just to name a few?

Do you realize who is around you that makes your life work, the street cleaners, the electricians that keep your street lights on, the water company, the phone company, these are just a few that we don’t notice are in our view.

 Stop and say THANK YOU for everything that works together, it creates the ability for you to have freedom to create your life the way you choose to?

The only limit in your life is YOU, let go, be thankful in every detail and be true.

 Where you are currently living is the only place you can move forward from.

 Emotionally, financially and physically love this place so that you can look back and send love that it taught you to embrace a new space.

Allow yourself to exchange the energy needed to take another step forward toward your dreams, allow others to guide you, give to you, receive from you, love you, and learn from you and with you.

The greatest gift to someone you love is to know that the love you have for you is true!

To know for sure we love and believe in ourselves is truly the love that creates a path for others to love themselves.

Say thank you to someone today for the gift of loving themselves and the strength that gave you to believe in yourself.

Reflections

The Birds are singing the sun is up; the sky is the clearest blue.

The flowers are blooming; the aroma of the air is brisk and fresh too.

The rain came and washed the dust away, it cleaned the air, the leaves on every tree, the streets the houses and the dew on the grass are sparkling with happiness.

A rain drop can sit so still on a flower pedal and relax and take in the sun, reflecting the beauty around it, it comes from the center of each one.

Looking into the drop you can see your own reflection, smaller than the reflection on a lake but amazing it still shows the entire beauty of your face.

A blade of grass can hold more than its weight in water and stand tall inviting each drop into its veins to give it the life it needs to grow.

Then the sunshine gives it abundant energy to show.

In the growth of a tree, the circles inside tell the life span its had, each circle represents a year of seasons in growth and the circle becomes larger and it encompasses the most.

With each year and season that passes, with each raindrop and ray of sunshine our spirits grow stronger, our wisdom is wiser, our love is larger, our capacity is deeper, our experiences appreciated, our gratitude greater.

The raindrop is now an invitation, the sunshine is now our energy, the moon is seen and not just heard about, and the wind is felt and doesn’t just move about.

The ground can be felt, the energy is dealt, don’t walk on it and leave it, stand on it and receive it.

Stop and look in a flower, understand the greatness in its power.

What if we saw our life as a reflection from a raindrop, the drop doesn’t pick and choose a part of you to show, it loves the entire reflection and allows it all to flow.

Accept every part of you, love the inside and out, it all reflects together in the drops of the season’s weather.

Enjoy every season, they all will be different, they will challenge you, grow you, hold you, shake you, love you, release you, kiss you and embrace you.

Your strength is your ability to hold more water than your own weight in gold; your courage is to know that water is there to help you grow and worth more than anything sold.

You are going to experience pain, you’re going to feel a setback, you’re going to laugh and play, you’re going to smile and cry, you’re going to love and leave; you’re going to live and breathe, you’re going to feel new things, you’re going to retreat and see, you’re going to have moment that some of us title as all of these things.

Let them be an honor, let them be your ease, let them be the comfort of knowing your experiencing life one step at a time with the magical moments feeling your own rythym and time.

Life isn’t about being where someone else thinks you should be, life is where you are and accepting where you have come so far.

See your reflection and reflect for others what they might not see, the love and the honor, empowerment and belief with no expectations of the speed and distance they will choose to take.

Release all that keeps you bound let the movement of life be your energy ground.

Meet me where I’m at, give me room to grow, encourage me as I go, let me give you the love I know, receive my reflection and glow, let my capacity reach new places I don’t yet know.

Let me reflect for you so you can see your beauty too.

I want to be a raindrop for each of you to see, the beauty in your reflection staring back from me.

Send a smile, create a laugh.

Leave a hug and get one back.

Kiss a cheek, hug someone, and laugh until you come undone.

Breathe in joy; breathe out love, laughter and smiles make life seriously fun.

The energy you give is a bonus in life for someone.

The gift of love and life you have is multiplied with laughter shed.

Giggle power carries a powerful punch; it fills your belly, tightens the core, and leaves fuel for more.

Laughter, giggling, smiling and hugging, they all give life to anyone receiving.

Exchanging the power of all these things creates love revolving and inspiring heartstrings.

When heartstrings play music there is no limit to the creating of life in every minute.

Keep the music playing, keep the beat inside going, let the song be music to your ears; it’s all of this together that keeps your body dancing through the years.

Sometimes you just have to keep it simple, laugh and smile and hug it out, leave a kiss on the cheek to make it complete.

Stand up, stand tall, let go and let love be part of it all.

There will be reminders in each day that every day is different and that every day carries an opportunity again.

If a resistant to a situation happens because you don’t want it twice, the solution is to take some good advice.

 What if taking a breath and reflecting on a way to make what you don’t want go away is not the answer at all?

 It’s the simple way you just laugh and smile and let go that allows the response to lovingly flow.

It’s in the different way we perceive and respond that gives us a chance to receive what went right not wrong.

What is wrong is really right when we perceive it in a different light.

It’s an opportunity to grow, so allow it and then let it go.

Capacity To Process

The capacity to process always starts where you are.

Being present where you are is always where you will learn to go far.

Be with the feeling of now.

What is the word or picture that describes your feeling NOW?

With no right or wrong way this is the place there is no delay.

With thoughts of the past or thoughts of the future, the important factor is being present with you the teacher.

To grow you must be willing to go, being pushed or shoved or made to move is like stretching a rubber band and then letting go unimproved.

Grab a hold of the lessons now, be steady and ready for the ones ahead, look back and thank the ones that were they gave you the strength to be steady and sure.

To receive the blessings of a new and improved way, be thankful for all that life has given you to this day.

When thankfulness and gratitude are missing the lessons ahead will bring you back to the beginning.

Building the capacity to stretch to new distances comes with the honor of accepting and loving instances, differences, and disturbances.

These are all there to awaken us, the choice to hit the snooze button is yours, what will you do today to build your capacity from yesterday?

The most beautiful part of being in charge of the removal, the keeping or the returning of what comes your way is the empowering strength you gain to realize you’re the one that holds the key to change.

When we share what makes us aware, we plant a garden of truth, love, encouragement, inspiration and the joy that creates a place for capacity to be embraced.

Is your life planted as a garden growing the way you visualize it to?

What you inspire is what you desire.

Who you inspire is who you created.

When you inspire is the beauty of choice.

The land

The trees

Let the beauty be felt in every breeze.

Reflect, see, feel, be, pray, meditate, laugh, cry, and raise your hands to the sky.

In everything there is always more, the infinite thoughts inside a sunset or sunrise, they can take you where ever you want to go with inspiration to explore.

There is no stopping the possibilities that lay in front or beyond the horizon, the infinite is awaiting for the awareness to awaken.

Stop and challenge your imagination, create possibilities where limits once were.

Create love where misunderstandings took hold.

Create joy where sadness once stayed.

Create laughter where a tear has stained.

Create healing where a heart was torn.

Create a hug that lives within even after the physical touch has left your skin.

The feelings are where it takes hold; the rest is a perception from the site we have controlled.

Create a way to move forward where you felt like hardship knocked you out.

Create deeper love where it seemed the surface could not be penetrated beyond doubt.

Open your thoughts to receive more where fear can not win anymore.

Challenge the sunset to another one, I promise that it never fails, every day it stays consistent, you can count on it with its pure persistence.

Living life without remembering you’re significant is like living in an eclipse you’ll see you are the participant.

Have you ever just driven and by habit you went the old way and realized you actually wanted to go a new way?

You had to turn back, you missed the exit, now your late and in a rush and realize you weren’t present or aware enough.

Action and presence are awareness and love.

Are you living your life in your own made up eclipse, perfectly designed for you to not have to emotionally exist?

Are you aware of your place your presence and your grace; are you living and learning with every embrace?

If faced without a title, a job and a home, without responsibilities and a place around you as a comfort zone, how would you manage the next phase, into the new unlimited possibilities maze?

Think about who you are without everything around you, let the eclipse move the past and not stay on you!

Shine brighter every day while you let go and be open to the eclipse passing exactly the way it is supposed to.

Are you right or are you loving right?

In the grand scheme of things would you argue and debate to be right or be a lover of listening and hearing and sharing your light?

Can you share your light and let it be only your right and let go from there so love doesn’t tear?

Is to be right what is really important to you, or is to be heard right sound intriguing too?

To continue a point you are passionate about until someone says, “yes you’re right”, is that the actual outcome you’re looking for by the end of the night?

What if we let go of the need for others to see we are right, what would you lose or possibly gain in trust to only one that remains?

What if being right wasn’t the ultimate goal and seeing the smile on someone’s face meant so much more?

Listening to the process of others learning, thinking and experiencing and being a part of doing is the beauty of offering and accepting what has created the right in you.

We weren’t born with all the knowledge we have today, we learned it, listened to it, experienced it, processed it, shared it, felt it, let it challenge us and shape us.

Each person is deserving of sharing their passion and knowledge, to give to receive to know we matter.

As we exchange ideas letting go of who’s right a place is created where,” Ultimate Love” is the only right.

 Receiving love in listening is a deep love given, it’s a gift no one forgets and a gift to be thankful when it’s given, left without regrets this love gives continued learning and living.

Is being right really hearing?

Is being right a place you grow?

Is being right really getting down to the core of what matters?

Is being right costing you more than you can afford?

What is your cost to being right?

Are you fighting to be loved and no one is listening and in turn not letting love in, to even begin, or is being right really where love ends and or begins?

So many questions and answers, there is only one that is right, could it be or you?

A valuable lesson from a heart to a heart, the question was asked in a time and a place, “What could I do to be a better mom”, I asked my son.

He answered me quite honestly without even a moment to spare, “Mom the only thing I would change, is that you would listen more the first time and not need to be right, just hear and sometimes let me feel I’m right.”

This hit hard, he was right, at what cost had I fought for my right to be his?

This was a teachable moment for me he wanted me to listen and to lovingly debate so he could find his place and his right, I finally heard it and got it that night.

No matter how right I thought I always was, what mattered most in this time was that his right was that being heard was being loved and I got it this time.

To be heard and to hear is a learning curve
; it’s our own voice and spirit that move inside processing all that has come through in time.

Does anyone know better than you exactly what you feel to be true?

Does anyone know better than you the experiences and perception inside of you?

What if all it took to be right was to listen and be heard so we could take flight?

What if what you processed from all of this was the journey to accept the conversation right?

Taking the time to understand and learn where someone else is concerned, gives more than standing so firm that you miss what may be your biggest lesson learned.

A little “raise” of sunshine to think about, let me know your right, the challenge to change and grow, to learn and to show, to have the empowerment to love and let go, I invite it, lets go!

Through My Child’s Eyes

Here is a poem from my youngest daughter to me, she wrote this when it was time as a mother to let go and set my children free. To see life another way to experience and get through my empty nest place, to travel and embrace the powers of a journey of raising 4 children and the joy it gave and to take my turn in a new growing up phase.

You flew the storm with bravery and grace,

Always managed to have a smile on your face,

Though not close together

You’re still in my heart

For our mother-daughter bond could never break apart

We’re both spreading our wings,

Choosing our paths,

Mapping our dreams,

Filling all gaps,

So thank you for the push, for showing me the way,

You’re one of few that will never fade away.

So I want you to know,

No matter where life takes us,

Not even the biggest of storms could ever break us.

CHEYENNE SWIFT AKA( MY LUVBUG, MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER)

From me to my youngest child. (letters to come for the other three the impact they all make has shaped me.)

Every talk and every cry you show me so much about life through your eyes.

From the time you were born until today, you have taught me something every day.

Your honest tell it like it is heart and your courage to always get through it with a smile, the tears that not many see, I am blessed you always reveal to me.

Being best friends as well as mother and daughter, a trusting place we know we are never bothered.

 I love your feisty way you stand your ground with confidence no matter who is around.

Your siblings see their little sister, naive and often living in the clouds, on your time living your way, will she ever hurry up and do it fast so we can get going at last?

What I see is the gift you have to take the time you need for you and manage to get done exactly what you need to do.

You are such a beautiful soul, a heart of gold and a tough exterior you work hard to up hold.

Underneath that solid gold there is a butterfly breaking through that hold, she’s colorful and fun, wants to be free, from anyone telling her, be careful, you must see.

I see mighty wings growing on you, watch out life, she’s coming for you.

You get to choose your path, your life is yours, no matter where you go or what you do, no matter if you’re alone happy or blue, you own your life and you get to choose the path that is best for YOU.

Gratitude and grace are given to you, God made the way for you to go, he paved the world just so, for you to learn, for you to experience ,for you to decide where you are called, to show up in life and be bold.

Some will not like it, some will try to stop it, some will criticize it, some will shine light on it, some will try to dim it, some will try to throw fire in it, some will love it, some will encourage it, some will listen to it, and some will give their opinion of it.

All of these things help shape our character, they challenge us and push us, they show us and they teach us, it’s up to you how they pass you, and what they will teach you, it is up to you to allow what will move you or stay with you, what I know for sure is nothing can break you.

Before the day you were born I knew you would make an impact, yours was the name in lights in my dream, it was solid and real It spoke to me clear,  she will brighten the days and the nights, she will shine wherever she goes because she was made perfect in His sight.

I love the questions you courageously ask the depth of your desires and the dreams you have.

I love you my sweet daughter to the depth of my core, I love you my sweet daughter everyday even more and my capacity to love you continues to grow with every single moment we share together, telling secrets, sharing tears, laughing until we can’t even hear.

Thank you for being my youngest child, for teaching me to take my time, I learned while letting you go at your pace that life isn’t a race, this isn’t a dress rehearsal for a later show , live the way you choose to go.

 Smell the roses so many say, you showed me it’s also the path to the roses along the way.

I could of course carry on this letter for days with all of the ways you breathe life into me.

 I will continue for life to love you and meet you where you are and encourage your journey and listen to your hearts excitement for more.

The intimate details are authentically yours, your choices, your thoughts, your movement, your feelings, your honor, your path and even resilience.

Authentically yours, ownership of all of you, your value, your commitment, your voice, your belief, your acceptance, your touch, your smile, your intuitive way you think.

There are events that happen in our life, we experience them, we live in them, we feel them, and we often get stuck in them, for a moment or for a while.

 The possibilities to move forward show up in our life, we can take them and accept the gift they give or we can resist and be full of what we choose to relive.

There is no question as to the authenticity of this experience; the question is our perception and the size we created it.

The capacity at which we grow is left to the room we allow ourselves to organize, let go, give away and allow the ebb and flow of the path least resisted instead of over control.

Life won’t stop with a simple thought, overwhelm and fear won’t make time disappear.

 Anger and hurt will grow inside the same as love and compassion will if you decide.

What will you choose your capacity to be, will you wait and wonder if you are as deep as the sea and drown in thoughts you have the right to set free?

Our bodies regenerate all the time, they do it whether you decide to accept or decline.

You have the chance to grow and regenerate every day; you have a choice to regenerate the thoughts and make them new or continue to brand the old to the new.

The regeneration is happening for you, you don’t have to buy it, or find it or give it a name, it is, it’s a gift , it’s for you and me, It’s free don’t take for granted what you can’t see.

The intimate details of our life’s experience are owned and changed and loved and accepted, left for later, protected and deflected.

Often an event or something that doesn’t feel good is seen as something that doesn’t serve us, wanting it to go away, for it to go back to what it was before it came.

 It’s the perfect sign that brings us to be aware of what isn’t serving us to take time and be aware, it is a beautiful reminder that healing is taking place that YOU are already where you need to be, accepting the place where you’re at is the only place you can move forward out of that.

Authentically present with our intimate feelings and thoughts, our mind and body are all one, sharing one without the other is giving you only part of yourself.

A connection of our mind and body as one remind our soul that we have just begun, this new starting place is invigorating and free, now ultimate healing is accepted in place of the doubt that creation of you as a whole needed to be found and made, it’s already done, it was given to you and by not accepting it, you let go of all of YOU.

Authentically and intimately love all of you, picking and choosing one part of the ocean earth and sky doesn’t separate the divine infinity of the connection given for each of YOU, one small change brings change to it all.

Healing and happiness, love and joy, sadness and pain, fear and rejoice, the connection is made as the ebb and flow, the least resisted path we can all choose to go.
