Choose clarity in your words and in actions, yes or no is the only way to go.

When a decision is made it’s clear in thought,close the crack for fear and doubt or an opinion that can cloud it out.

Bare your rays in praise.

Center your thoughts and balance your days.

Be clear and concise and know your own advice.

Be wise and true to the feelings inside you.

Confusion is not a place to embrace.

Confusion is simply a turning place.

It’s a clear place to take a moment and make a choice, make it clear and move out of it with a loving voice.

Taking the time to breathe and be still, know that feeling and let it be revealed.

The answer may be just to be still, it may be to ride a bike up a hill, it may be to take a moment to pray or ask a friend their insight today.

When I’m not clear in thought, I can look at that and see, it’s a reminder I need to process and be true to me.

There is so much information today on everything from health to how to play.

Take the time to choose what is right for you, not just what is right for everyone looking at you.

You are the model that inspires change, and you are the model to decide your own exchange.

It takes training daily to swim a mile and it takes a lifetime of learning daily not to rush the end of any journey.

The journey is your life, it is an ever-changing seasonal delight.

Everyone needs clarity; get out of confusion it is an illusion, moving forward has to be from the place you see.

Where you see is where you are, that is the only place you can step forward to go far.

Thank you for the ability to hear, for the friends and family always near.

Thank you for the guiding light, for the reminder of what you have seen from my light.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and allowing me to share mine too.

Thank you for all the love shared that has helped me find clarity in my thoughts I have bared.

In the evening sky the sun rays say goodbye.
The chatter stops and the shades drop.
Quiet calms the day and rest is on its way.
Thank you for the beautiful sky today.
Thank you for laughter and the smiles all day.
Thank you for the fears that I conquered yesterday and the invitation to love them today.
Thank you for the beauty in my day, it surrounded me and gave me peace along the way.
Thank you for the birds that sang , rest up sweet birdies tomorrow is another day.
Thank you to the deep lake for surrounding me with all your mass, I felt your protection at last.
Thank you to trees around for giving me oxygen all around.
Thank you to the big and tiny rocks for creating a path I can walk.
Thank you for the flowers around, I realize smell is so profound.
Thank you for the laughter I hear,  the voices and chatter are beautiful and clear.
Thank you for each moment I live and the blessings it continues to give.
Thank you ,thank you, thank you I’m abundantly greatful in this world and I’m thankful for each of you that read these words.

The early morning sunlight turned on.
The sky so pure blue it’s like brand new.
The moon is sitting perfectly in the sky as if it just asked to sit there for my view.
The lake is talking with the birds, sky and the moon.
The  birds are singing all around me they all are together in tune.
In the distance I can hear chatter, and at the same time a fish jumps and it all matters.
The morning has started and children are giggling  on summer break.
What wonder I feel in this moment I take.
The air is beautiful and cool in the shade and the most beautiful heat is at the summer suns feet.
My day has just begun and I’m  surrounded by love that will never come undone.
I am so grateful  for my life.
I’m so grateful for love that came from strife.
I’m so greatful for every face, for the smiles and energy that continue in my space.
I’m so greatful for my family, the life and love just how its found me.
God perfectly planned that all around me.
Find in everyday the beauty as your way.
Be the smile you want to see.
Be the beauty for you and me.
Be the sunshine in your pathway.
Be the light in your morning.
Be the calm in your night.
Be the decision you want to change.
Be the love in every exchange.
Be the joy in the answer.
Be the solution and the dancer.
Be everything to you, that you want near by too.
No matter who’s around , no matter what the sound, inside of you build a solid ground.
The one that’s always looking is the one that makes the difference, it’s you that’s the witness in morning day and night.
It’s YOU that’s always looking, be your shining light, for you and everyone else that stands in your sight.

A BIKE

A bike appears it’s not mine, but it invites my curiosity to journey reciprocity.

This bike was made specifically for adventure and movement, it offers the opportunity of joy, freedom, exploration, healing and believing.

This bike has detoured miles with me now, receiving mountains, rivers and experiencing the heat of over 100 degrees for hours and hours.

This bike has felt my tears, it has my feet prints, my handprints, it knows my cadence.

When my legs push on those pedals I can feel my feet push so hard it radiates power through my body from the tips of my fingers to the tips of my toes.

It is the blood flow and mind flow, the mindful life glow that urges me to step harder, to breathe more, to feel the power at that moment.

All that matters at the moment is the connection between my heart and mind and the power I put into my two soles and behind.

This bike is a vehicle to the destiny I have been preparing my whole life for.

 The vehicle that quietly without expectation gifted me a path to another step in my life.

No defense or offense, it has no feeling, no agenda, no expectation just invitation to ride it all out.

There is freedom to go fast or slow, to use power or carry me when I want to coast and trust the flow.

Passion from head to toe, it takes me where I want to go, it found me when I didn’t even know.

How did a bike that is not my own give me something I have never known?

The builder of this bike intentionally built it for us to ride.

The inventor of this bike wanted more freedom inside.

This invention was built with purpose to make a dream come alive.

The owner of this bike you see purchased a gift he had no idea he would receive.

However the inventor of this bike knew it would touch more than a few.

It started with a thought.

It created an action.

It gifted a reaction.

It inspired traction.

Believe in your thought.

Create an action that will draw a reaction.

Be mindful of the attraction.

Be intentional with interaction.

I didn’t know that someone else’s bike, inspired by someone else’s dream would give me the most intentional insight into my destiny midstream.

Bask in the beauty of your intention.

Fuel it with an invention.

Let love be the extension.

The beauty of the day, it shows up for you, do you show up too.

The sunshine is always on the way, healing power in the rays.

The rain will fall, dance in it and love it all.

The wind will blow; let it clear the air for all.

The lightning will strike, the beauty and power in its force is a reminder there are times we have to change our course.

The thunder shakes the ground, feel it all around.

Can your heart be found?

Are you listening to your inner sound?

Letting go of what was and allowing what is.

Letting go of possibility and having intention.

Letting go of assumption and allowing acceptance,

Letting go of need and allowing desire.

Letting go of what if and allowing bravery to say yes.

Letting go of what could be and making it sure to be.

Letting go of I can’t and allowing what I can.

Letting go of mistakes and allowing them to be your greatness place.

A mistake is a learning place, you learn or you grow, embrace the challenge of what you don’t know.

Letting go of hurry and enjoy the journey.

Love with your full heart.

Live with curiosity.

Experience more.

Go explore.

Be bold.

Never get old.

What do you see?

 How do you feel?

 Where are you going?

Have you ever thought about how far you can see?

How deep do you feel?

How far are you going?

Are you certain about knowing?

Are you open to change or is change opening you?

Are you an adventurer, spontaneous or a risk taker?

Are you happy to be in one place, living safely and securely in that space?

The world is lovingly full of different ways of seeing, feeling and believing.

The honor to share and learn through others eyes and hearts set us all in motion for the bigger part.

The bigger part is the accepting that everyone has their own heart.

Did someone hurt you at some point; do you see something different you can pinpoint?

Do you judge one hurt above another, one pain more than you are willing to uncover?

Every lesson will recycle back, how you show up for it is your fact!

Air and love, anger and sadness, disappointment and fear, joy and gladness these opportunities to grow will re-appear.

Are you open to adjusting your sight and your life, you are the solution and who to invite.

Making judgements and assumptions on someone else’s past is like riding our bikes with no pedals to grasp.

Listen and grow, learn and let go, everyone has their own place they know.

Adjust your light and remember not to compare.

This life is for all of us make room and share.

Take care of your air, your light and your space.

No one can be you, they can only share the air, the light and space that you allow to evolve through creating YOU in your place.

What is Love to you?

Love is a free flowing never ending abundance of life.

Love is grace.

Love is freedom to be you and me.

Love is an openness to receive.

Love gives us room to breathe.

Love gives us space to grow and believe.

Love never controls you, it flows in and out of you.

Love is a recycled hardship.

Love is a feeling.

Love is where we came from.

Love is fun.

Love is an action.

Love is a moment.

Love is a motion.

Love is a current.

Love is energy.

Love is a flower in bloom.

Love is you me and the moon.

Love is the first star that shines.

Love is thunder in a storm.

Love is where you are in current form.

Love is you.

Love is me.

Love is a choice to see.

Love has no hold on you, love is the letting go of the hold that used to be in you.

Love is the accepting of the truth.

Love is authentically fearlessly forgiving of your past residue and ready for the NOW to be in clear view.

Love is a gift and it’s you, just close your eyes and let the truth fuel YOU!

Send a smile, create a laugh.

Leave a hug and get one back.

Kiss a cheek, hug someone, and laugh until you come undone.

Breathe in joy; breathe out love, laughter and smiles make life seriously fun.

The energy you give is a bonus in life for someone.

The gift of love and life you have is multiplied with laughter shed.

Giggle power carries a powerful punch; it fills your belly, tightens the core, and leaves fuel for more.

Laughter, giggling, smiling and hugging, they all give life to anyone receiving.

Exchanging the power of all these things creates love revolving and inspiring heartstrings.

When heartstrings play music there is no limit to the creating of life in every minute.

Keep the music playing, keep the beat inside going, let the song be music to your ears; it’s all of this together that keeps your body dancing through the years.

Sometimes you just have to keep it simple, laugh and smile and hug it out, leave a kiss on the cheek to make it complete.

Stand up, stand tall, let go and let love be part of it all.

There will be reminders in each day that every day is different and that every day carries an opportunity again.

If a resistant to a situation happens because you don’t want it twice, the solution is to take some good advice.

 What if taking a breath and reflecting on a way to make what you don’t want go away is not the answer at all?

 It’s the simple way you just laugh and smile and let go that allows the response to lovingly flow.

It’s in the different way we perceive and respond that gives us a chance to receive what went right not wrong.

What is wrong is really right when we perceive it in a different light.

It’s an opportunity to grow, so allow it and then let it go.

Capturing Moments After a Long Eclipse

The sun

The ocean

The sea

The land

The trees

Let the beauty be felt in every breeze.

Reflect, see, feel, be, pray, meditate, laugh, cry, and raise your hands to the sky.

In everything there is always more, the infinite thoughts inside a sunset or sunrise, they can take you where ever you want to go with inspiration to explore.

There is no stopping the possibilities that lay in front or beyond the horizon, the infinite is awaiting for the awareness to awaken.

Stop and challenge your imagination, create possibilities where limits once were.

Create love where misunderstandings took hold.

Create joy where sadness once stayed.

Create laughter where a tear has stained.

Create healing where a heart was torn.

Create a hug that lives within even after the physical touch has left your skin.

The feelings are where it takes hold; the rest is a perception from the site we have controlled.

Create a way to move forward where you felt like hardship knocked you out.

Create deeper love where it seemed the surface could not be penetrated beyond doubt.

Open your thoughts to receive more where fear can not win anymore.

Challenge the sunset to another one, I promise that it never fails, every day it stays consistent, you can count on it with its pure persistence.

Living life without remembering you’re significant is like living in an eclipse you’ll see you are the participant.

Have you ever just driven and by habit you went the old way and realized you actually wanted to go a new way?

You had to turn back, you missed the exit, now your late and in a rush and realize you weren’t present or aware enough.

Action and presence are awareness and love.

Are you living your life in your own made up eclipse, perfectly designed for you to not have to emotionally exist?

Are you aware of your place your presence and your grace; are you living and learning with every embrace?

If faced without a title, a job and a home, without responsibilities and a place around you as a comfort zone, how would you manage the next phase, into the new unlimited possibilities maze?

Think about who you are without everything around you, let the eclipse move the past and not stay on you!

Shine brighter every day while you let go and be open to the eclipse passing exactly the way it is supposed to.

Are you right or are you loving right?

In the grand scheme of things would you argue and debate to be right or be a lover of listening and hearing and sharing your light?

Can you share your light and let it be only your right and let go from there so love doesn’t tear?

Is to be right what is really important to you, or is to be heard right sound intriguing too?

To continue a point you are passionate about until someone says, “yes you’re right”, is that the actual outcome you’re looking for by the end of the night?

What if we let go of the need for others to see we are right, what would you lose or possibly gain in trust to only one that remains?

What if being right wasn’t the ultimate goal and seeing the smile on someone’s face meant so much more?

Listening to the process of others learning, thinking and experiencing and being a part of doing is the beauty of offering and accepting what has created the right in you.

We weren’t born with all the knowledge we have today, we learned it, listened to it, experienced it, processed it, shared it, felt it, let it challenge us and shape us.

Each person is deserving of sharing their passion and knowledge, to give to receive to know we matter.

As we exchange ideas letting go of who’s right a place is created where,” Ultimate Love” is the only right.

 Receiving love in listening is a deep love given, it’s a gift no one forgets and a gift to be thankful when it’s given, left without regrets this love gives continued learning and living.

Is being right really hearing?

Is being right a place you grow?

Is being right really getting down to the core of what matters?

Is being right costing you more than you can afford?

What is your cost to being right?

Are you fighting to be loved and no one is listening and in turn not letting love in, to even begin, or is being right really where love ends and or begins?

So many questions and answers, there is only one that is right, could it be or you?

A valuable lesson from a heart to a heart, the question was asked in a time and a place, “What could I do to be a better mom”, I asked my son.

He answered me quite honestly without even a moment to spare, “Mom the only thing I would change, is that you would listen more the first time and not need to be right, just hear and sometimes let me feel I’m right.”

This hit hard, he was right, at what cost had I fought for my right to be his?

This was a teachable moment for me he wanted me to listen and to lovingly debate so he could find his place and his right, I finally heard it and got it that night.

No matter how right I thought I always was, what mattered most in this time was that his right was that being heard was being loved and I got it this time.

To be heard and to hear is a learning curve
; it’s our own voice and spirit that move inside processing all that has come through in time.

Does anyone know better than you exactly what you feel to be true?

Does anyone know better than you the experiences and perception inside of you?

What if all it took to be right was to listen and be heard so we could take flight?

What if what you processed from all of this was the journey to accept the conversation right?

Taking the time to understand and learn where someone else is concerned, gives more than standing so firm that you miss what may be your biggest lesson learned.

A little “raise” of sunshine to think about, let me know your right, the challenge to change and grow, to learn and to show, to have the empowerment to love and let go, I invite it, lets go!
