Your life is your perspective, your journey to climb.

When you look at your life, what do you find?

What is the first thing that comes to mind?

How is your health and what do you consider wealth?

Whatever we consider a dilemma to be, there is a breath inside to set it free.

Give attention to daily joys.

Do you worry about where your shoes are left?

Do you stress about the dishes left?

Those things will never leave, they don’t decide to live or breathe.

They can be organized and put away, cleaned or given away.

Do you see the smiles and feel the heartbeats?

The ones you love are bigger than the shoes, bigger than the dishes used.

Our love is a gift we choose to give.

It is the most courageous gift to live.

Are You In Overdraft….

When you overdraft yourself the debt has an account and a password protected by you and no one else.

When the clouds do their part the sun shines on your heart.

When one story ends another bubbles up to begin.

Look for the sun in the sky.

See your faith and fly.

Smile even when you don’t know why.

There is a solution when you create one and decide.

Listen to the sound of what’s around.

There is nothing that can hold you down.

The power to be is inside of you and me.

The decision is clearly not always free, if your charging yourself a moving fee.

To move is free, the charge comes from the time you take to decide, you’re not in control of others lives.

There is a charge we put on our life.

We add a debt of shame and guilt, worry, procrastination and pain felt.

All of these things add up inside like an overdraft waiting to arrive.

When the overdraft comes through, remember it’s all about what you chose to do.

Throw off your gloves, your coat and hat, get down to the basics and pay off more than the draft.

Addiction is real and can steal what you feel.

The inner connection is lost.

The sound of what you thought you knew becomes bigger than any rule.

Where a tear falls down a new release and fight is found.

Where your determination is the truth, doubt tries to balance and sneak into you.

The inner weather forecast predicts, be prepared for changes like this.

The sun will shine and smiles you will have to find, like panning in a gold mine.

No one can tell you how fast you will travel through.

Trust becomes made inside of you.

Letting go of what traps your pain is now let go for so much more.

Experience to your scars leaves a memory so far.

“So far”, is where you have arrived and the road ahead is yours to tread.

Own the direction of healing and truth.

Building strength past, “so far”, is first accepting where you are.

When the clutches of pain restrain your gain, it’s the moment you’re in your own lane.

Drive inside the lines, staying focused and determined with precision and time.

The fog will lift ,the pain will submit ,to the authority that will never quit.

The world is your sky and you were made to fly, be precise and focus on the energy you exert to manifest exactly what you desire on this earth.

The eagle again, wings wide open flying in.

A drive and then again the eagle flies in front of me wide open soaring past like a whisper in the wind.

Coming around the corner for a swoop down and then, seemingly with a glance he tells me more again.

The energy of his face surrounds my heart with a magical embrace.

What is happening is in front of me?

What is the eagle showing me?

Sometimes two at a time coming down right in line.

The confidence, the precise flight, the look in the eagle’s eyes.

What are they trying to say, everytime I leave home there is more in the day.

Near the hi-way or the lake, on a twisted road without a mistake.

Sitting in the living room, I can see so clear their perch.

They are aware and conserving energy for the greater good on earth.

His focus is precise, he maximizes on acceleration and flight.

Soaring through the sky, swooping down right past the height of my eyes, there is a sign.

Open your wings and continue to fly, the world is your sky.

Sending honor and respect always victorious and free.

Glide with focus, time and accuracy.

Take doubt out of the moment and open up your wings.

Life is your sky and you were made to fly.

Wake up everyday to a smile, a laugh, a decision to have a blast.

Wake up to a day that you decided to join in all the way.

Wake up to the thankfulness of a glow and to smile through every ebb and flow.

Life is a blessing of twists and turns and our flexibility is pushed and returned.

Every bump, big or small invites creativity to how you decide to stand or fall.

In the depth of a moving heart, passion lives in every part.

Dance and sing in the rain.

Smile and laugh because you can.

Turn the music up loud.

Jump in every puddle around.

Get dirty in a tie and a dress.

Climb a tree instead of work or rest.

Be available to see, what life is offering you a choice to be.

Let a tear stray, there will be more along the way.

Every tear goes somewhere and like the sunshine behind a cloud, light will be found.

When nothing becomes a thought or place, everything is an option to take its place.

Roll your windows down and let your hair blow all around.

Feel the chill in the air and let it touch your skin everywhere.

Lay naked in the snow after a hot bath created from melted snow.

Feel the heat under the sun and the smell of the trees in a calm breeze.

Bury your feet in the sand and move your toes if you can.

Find meaning in your life in every single step, there is something in every sunrise and sunset.

When Color Fades and Your Heart Reigns

When black and white and color start to fade….your heart sees where your eyes perception changes shades.

Is it blue or is it purple?

Is it nice or is it great?

Is it sad or is it disappointing?

Are you sick or do you have symptoms of being sick?

Are you tall or are you bigger than me?

Are you short or are you smaller than me?

Am I overweight or am I heavy?

Are you healing or are you broken?

Is your cup half full or is it half empty?

Do you see the sun first or the few clouds around it?

Do you see with both eyes or with your heart?

Do you hear noise or feel a vibration?

Is it grey or is a lighter shade of black?

Is it Yellow or a lighter shade of orange?

Do you see red or do you see Mauve?

Does it matter what color you see it?

Does it matter if you see it the same as me?

Does it matter if I see it the same as you?

What matters is that you are being true to YOU!

Be love in how you see.

Be love in what you do.

Be love in the way you move.

Be love in your truth.

When you love all of YOU, love will be all you do!

To Be Calm and Still

To be calm inside is to feel the stillness even when the winds blow or the sun glows.

In the calmness of my heart the river of love flows.

In the calmness of my mind the sunshine glows.

In the stillness of my body, I feel the whisper of the wind.

In the gap between now and then I feel the moment I’m in again.

In the flow of the day I can say, no one will ruin what I feel today.

In the worry of yesterday, I lose my today.

In the plans of tomorrow I can say, those things may change on the way.

I used to spend my day figuring out everyone else’s way.

Then someone said to me, “how many hours do spend a day, helping others find their way?”

I love to help others along the way, especially my children; they have been my reason for each day.

Now I can teach them, that we can only give what we have, making sure I gain what I want to give is first my responsibility while I live.

Complaining about what you don’t have is only time spent away from decisions you must have.

Waiting for someone else to lead your way is letting go of yourself and the only way that ultimately gives you freedom in your day.

Make a stance for your own life and expect there will others that will stomp there feet to the beat of their own defeat.

Your energy goes where your thoughts go, what you think of most grows the most.

Are your thoughts where you want growth or are they where you want change the most?

Awareness Is Awareness and explains Awareness

Awareness and “I” are one chord in the orchestra that never misses a beat and holds strong through defeat, It will meet you where you are and never go far, it is there to see and will always “Be”, turn up your sound and you will hear, the song inside is “I am” not “you and me”.

As my soul awakens and my body and mind join in song with my soul, I hear every note of my own orchestras beat.

When there are no others I am aware of my space, when there is no sound I can hear my heart race.

Awareness is when others are there and you still are just as aware.

When the windows shutter from the winter wind and the raindrops fall over and over again, I am aware to spare a moment is to leave awareness unfolded.

When I am aware of my inner flow, beauty has an outer glow.

To release “me” to “I” gives insight inside for “me” to go away and “I” to reside.

When awareness is, “I” and not, “you” and “me”, then the darkness of the day and restless nights , pass through your light, without a shadow left insight.

Think about this moment now, are you aware of “I” or aware of the darkness that “me” is addicted to inside?

What are you aware of now?

When awareness is there to bare, there is no place for darkness there.

When darkness is your “I” as awareness when your world is the stipulations of the storms in life, then your life becomes a storm of stipulations and strife, not an awareness of “I” but ownership of something that should be free to pass by.

Controlling a storm, holding the trees still, catching every leaf, barreling every rain drop, damming every river and lake so not to flood or make a mistake, is an addiction to tuning out the notes of your own voice and owning someone else’s choice.

When the storms can pass and leaves can fall, when the rivers flow and lakes become full, when the ocean roars and the sea births more, when “I” and awareness are one chord, the orchestra inside is born.

When witnessing “I” and not “me”, when awareness is awareness with a capital “I”.

When every feeling can pass through you as it is not, “I”, it is life’s song and is not meant to be owned but appreciated as a lesson passing by.

 Like the storms of creation, love them and learn from them and you can ask why, the answer will still never be, “I”, it is meant to be an addition to life, learn and listen to the song of life without drowning out your  “I”.

 I am an orchestra of my own awareness.
